Apartment "Il Girasole" with Sea View, Wi-Fi, A/C, Balcony, Terrace and Garden

Located in Imperia, just 600 m from Borgo Prino beach, this holiday apartment offers a fantastic sea view. The 50 m² home features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV. A cot and high chair are also available.



The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with garden, garden furniture, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. From June 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, guests can use the swimming pool located just a few meters from the property; the pool is shared with the campsite.

In September, Imperia hosts the “Vele d’Epoca” event with beautiful vintage sailboats.



Walking distance to the beach: 700 m to Spiaggia Libera. Borgo Marina features the largest marina in the Mediterranean and several fine sandy beaches, as well as boats offering dolphin and whale watching tours. The sand at Borgo Marina beach is very fine.



In November, Imperia hosts the "OLIOOLIVA" festival, showcasing local products and the famous Taggiasca olives and olive oil.



Shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, and local markets (fresh fish, farm products, crafts) are all within walking distance. The farmers’ market in Porto Maurizio takes place every Tuesday and Thursday. The market in nearby Oneglia is held every Wednesday and Saturday. Distance to Porto Maurizio center: 1.3 km.



Imperia has a new cycle path reaching Ospedaletti (30 km), with another section open to Diano Marina. The house offers free private parking.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, perfekt mit Hund!

Wunderbare moderne Ferienwohnung und ein sehr schöner Garten, ein Pool ist nicht weit. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Es steht alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht und es ist alles sehr sauber. Für Hunde ein kleines Paradies mit tollem, sicher eingezäunten Garten. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Grazie mille Caterina e Franco!
