This rate includes:

The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax € 2,00 per person per day for the first 7 days.



Villa Beltrami is a splendid, elegant, aristocratic residence that conveys the charm of noble Florentine villas. It is located on a hilltop in Florentine Chianti, in the comune of Impruneta, a town renowned for its terracotta products and an excellent red wine. The villa looks out over a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, covered with vineyards and olive groves, which gently descend towards the centre of Florence with the towering dome of Brunelleschi. The villa has large, elegant rooms embellished with luxurious furnishings, snug living areas to relax in, a veranda for singular meals and bedrooms with breathtaking views. In addition to the beautiful interior, the villa is surrounded by a green manicured lawn in which a lovely swimming pool, a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch are set like rare jewels. Villa Beltrami is located within a renowned wine estate producing different types of excellent quality wines which you can taste in the medieval cellar located in the basement. In fact, on the ground floor of the villa, with completely independent entrances, are the offices and the tasting cellar which will in no way interfere with the guests' use of the park and swimming pool. The unique location of the villa is just 10 km from the historic city centre of Florence, cradle of the Renaissance, where you will find unique art masterpieces. A short distance from the property is the exit (Firenze Impruneta) of the A1 motorway and the entrance to the Florence-Siena highway: the start of fabulous itineraries through typical Tuscan landscapes in which old borghi of unique charm and the famous art cities of Tuscany are set. Golf lovers can play at the nearby 18-hole Golf Club Ugolino, set amongst the splendid Florentine hills.

Interior:
The main villa has two floors and two turrets on top of the roof. On the first floor, a period staircase in pietra serena leads into a large living area with dining area, TV corner, sitting area with ornamental fireplace and a relaxation area which leads out to the veranda with dining tables. Completing this floor is the kitchen, the laundry, a room with ornamental fireplace for board games, a double bedroom and a guest bathroom. Going up to the second floor you come to the sleeping area consisting of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: 2 twin, one with ensuite bathroom and one with adjacent bathroom, 3 double with ensuite bathroom and 1 double with adjacent bathroom. A further flight of stairs goes up to the two turrets connected by a panoramic terrace that runs along the top of the roof. Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the second floor.
Park:
Villa Beltrami is surrounded by a beautiful park, enhanced by large areas of lawn bordered by hedges to guard your privacy, all surrounded by vast expanses of olives and vineyards that will frame your unforgettable holidays. In the large garden shaded by centuries-old pines and cedars of Lebanon, you will be met by an explosion of colourful flowers, by lemons typical of the area and a corner dedicated to herbs that you can use to create the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Within the park are numerous shady areas where you can just relax. On the beautiful panoramic terrace is a large table where you can take outdoor meals, while the area between the house and swimming pool is provided with sofas and armchairs under the shade of a gazebo.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located on one side of the villa which is 30 m away, is reached across the lawn. A large sunbathing area has been set up on the lawn with umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, little tables and a sofa and armchairs. The rectangular pool measures 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and is lined in sky-blue PVC. Access to the water is via Roman steps and there is a hot-water shower and perimeter lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Tennis-court:
50 meters from the property, for the guests' exclusive use, are 2 synthetic tennis courts with the possibility of transforming one of them into a five-a-side football pitch. Also at your disposal are 4 tennis rackets.
