Property very close to airport, where you can walk, take a bus or a taxi. Food options around the area. Nice bed and large room Something to keep in mind, it has a washer but not a dryer. Communication with hos is adequate via expedia. Will recommend if proximity to airport is important, as is far from city attractions.

You don’t have to speak to anyone. You just walk in and everything is ready to go. This building seems a little eerie at night but that’s because we watch too many horror movies.

The guest service is nice and very professional. The place is safe and, more importantly, very convenient to catch a plane, with roundtrip free shuttle bus as early as 5am. There is no sign labeling the building name or hotel name, and the check-in is contactless, which may be confusing at the first glance, but the convenience stores on the ground are very good signs to prevent from lost, and the instructions sent before arrival are very clear.

The place is very spacious, clean, quiet and convenient as it is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus to the airport. I would stay in the same place next time if possible.

We are very sorry for your comments.We inform you that it is a non-face-to-face system one month prior to the reservation.All information sent via message email He was already upset with the heavy load and urged us to call. (But no pickup, this part has already been announced)I checked in at 17:00 and called at 22:00 to raise the air conditioning problem.(I am sorry that we are preparing a heater because this is a central system, and if you are not satisfied with it, we will refund you and recommend moving to a nearby hotel.She went through all of her duvets and found one of her hairs.We apologized and immediately changed the bedding.All of the rooms used are furnished with expensive interiors.Table bar 2 chairs instead of desk topThe bathroom has been remodeled like a hotel. There is also a bidet.Large Room of 21 PyeongHowever, we apologize that there is no room to change and promise to refund the full amount for 3 nights if you check out at 11 am the next day.However, he declined and said he would use it by the afternoon.And ask for all your money back!Said we couldn't do that and would charge for one night.We said this is a guest houseShe seemed to have mistaken it for a hotel.why? Check out our accommodation rates!All hotels here are expensive.We promise all your needsAnd I did.We felt like we wanted to close the loop and get all our money backThere's nothing more we can do for youAnd the customer called me crazy.thank you

I stayed here so that I could be close to the airport, as I was flying out the next day. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and well-maintained.

This place is convenient and affordable, and within walking distance of the airport (though a shuttle is available too, I think). The facility has a bit of a run-down feel to it. In my case (maybe all during Covid), check-in was done by simply receiving a door pass code by email and going to the room directly. I actually appreciated the convenience and simplicity of that. The room itself was ok, but noticeably old and poorly-maintained. Being one of the cheapest options around, I got the feeling that "you get what you pay for." But it seemed clean as far as I could tell. Overall, for a not-very-picky person like myself, it was well worth the cheaper price.

The building itself is pretty sketchy and run-down. The "front-desk service" was not very good. I called to inform them that my air conditioner wasn't working, they put me on hold, and then hung up on me. I called multiple times afterwards but they never picked up. I'd recommend spending the extra money to stay at the nice Hyatt hotel next door.

Thank you very much for your comments. Comparing this place to a 5 star hotel is unfavorable in terms of price We are a guesthouse. We are operating non-face-to-face check-in due to Corona. The air conditioner is working normally and it seems that I did not know the operation method. Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience I will do my best to work harder

A Good Value
I arrived at Incheon fairly late and only wanted a bed. This hotel room was simple with no-frills, but met my needs very well. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the shower refreshing.

The location was EXCELLENT! You can take the free airport shuttle to the property and it takes 5- 6 minutes. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes and it is only one stop from Terminal 1. Very convenient!! Although the property itself was OK, this worked out well for us because we needed lodging at the airport due to our flight situation. The room was spacious and had a good size refrigerator and a microwave. Good value for the money!

This is nothing fancy, but we got a nice quiet night with amazing Indian food from just down the street. We didn’t end up going, but I recommend checking out the KGB Russian bar.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Shower hot and strong. Unfortunately it was winter time and the heater wasn’t warming the room enough. I nearly froze throughout the night.

My flights wee cancelled and Philippines back on lockdown right as free cancelation expired. I was 12 hours late cancelling. Management would not honor or even give a voucher. Hotels,com need to revaluate its COVID policy as this was no fault of my own. At the very least, a voucher should have been given or a fee of 1 night for cancel. I will choose a different hotel next time. Maye it is just a Korean thing.

Thank you for your feedback. The hotel has not received any contact. You seem to have contacted the reservation agency site. I also agree to the refund policy and you have made a reservation, but it is unfortunate that you must follow the policy and do not discriminate against Koreans.

I was satisfied with the room especially as it had two large beds for a good price. My advice to others would be to take a taxi not the shuttle bus from the airport as it’s difficult to find the hotel at night and maybe even during the day. Price of taxi very reasonable at around $5.

It is a self check in place. Just make sure to get to the correct address, if no one answers the door, you'll see a note with your reserve name. Instructions are easy to follow.

Good Value & Great Location
This Hotel is a remarkable gem. Yes, its a standard Korean hotel which means its a bit spartan & utilitarian but the location is great with quick & easy access to Incheon Airport and Seoul via the Taxi Stand right outside the front door. There are excellent & economical traditional Korean restaurants on the ground floor of the building as well as two convenience stores. The rooms are clean and well appointed with a fridge, TV, microwave, and a small cooktop. The staff were all friendly & helpful. I consider this Hotel to be excellent value for money - unique in the hyper expensive Incheon Airport environment of overpriced, grotty rooms. I will stay there again the next time I transit through Incheon.

It’s an apartment room
The information from the website is misleading. The free shuttle bus was not provided by the hotel. It was the shuttle bus run by the airport. The hotel was just located close to the bus stations. They do not have shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport. I spent at least 45 minutes to find the shuttle bus to get to the hotel. The Other problem was the owner did not speak too much English so the communication was very difficult. The hotel actually is an apartment building. The owner will give you a access card when you’re arrived. There was no front desk clerk to answer your questions, you will have to figure out everything by yourself. One thing that really surprised me was the breakfast service. I paid for the food when I booked the hotel. The restaurant was supposed to open at 7:00 am but no one showed up until 7:15am. If you have to catch an early flight, buy you own food from somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel to the people who do not speak Korean

Thank you for your opinion But you are mistaken. There are two terminals. Terminal 1 Terminal 2. We send a message after booking Pickup is only available at Terminal 1. Terminal 2 is a free shuttle bus. You haven't read it. I'm very sorry. Breakfast is open at 7:00 and needs some time to cook. Thank you for your feedback. Have a nice day

It was last min. deal I took. I liked fast host response my massage and communication though hotels.com massage. Also, I be able to self check in room and thankfully it was big , clean room. It was perfect for me to rest very comfortable.

Bare minimum lodgings
This is your very basic simple type of accommodations. No frills for sure, but the beds were comfortable and clean. Be warned that the cab ride there for 3 cost $25. Supposedly the hotel is a little over a mile away, but it ended up being about a 15 minute ride and the cab driver wasn't familiar with the hotel so we had to circle around more than once. Whatever...it served its purpose, some rest in between flights.
