Quiet Charm

This was our second stay at this property. Quiet location, expansive beach and well furnished unit. Very clean and attractively appointed. Good restaurants nearby. We will return.

Paradise

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was as great as the first. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The interior decoration is just perfect. Location to the beach can’t be topped, and location to food and shops is great. There was nothing we needed to enjoy our stay that wasn’t provided by the host.

Beach relaxation

This rental has everything you need to enjoy time at the beach. Toys, towels, beach chairs, umbrella's, everything you need. The kitchen also has everything to stay in and cook or there are many excellent options near by for eating out. We needed to stay a little late due to our flight times on check out and it was not a problem. I would defiantly stay here again.

Family time.

The property is quiet with easy and convenient access to the beach. Our family of eight was easily accommodated. We had one request that was quickly answered. We were able to grill fresh fish with each evening meal. Would recommend to anyone who wants to focus on family time without the hassle of driving to access the beach.

Short Beach Get Away with Family

Large clean town home steps away from the beach, which worked out well for us as we have small children. So, it was easy to bring the kids back to the home for rest and cooling off and snacks.

Amazing

Amazing! Entire family loved the place. Beach was not overly busy-almost semi private. We saw two SpaceX launches while there. Thanks for everything, we will be rerturning.

Lovely!!!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this lovely town house and it has consistently been deserving of a 5 star review. It is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Nikki is so attentive to her guests, a 5 star host!! The beach location is wonderful with shopping and restaurants close. Great place for families or a quiet get away. Thank you Nikki!!

Great condo, great location

This condo is beautifully remodeled. Large living/dining room area, large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. 3 TV's, good Wifi, and new appliances. Everything you need in a kitchen was there. Hand soap, dish soap provided, lots of hooks in the bathrooms. The small details the owners have put into the place are what make it great. Numerous towels for every bathroom & beach towels. A super beach is IMMEDIATELY out the back door. Great beach chairs and umbrella. Quiet, family friendly area, no springbreakers around. The small downtown of Melbourne Beach with pizza, ice cream, and a few restaurants was a 10 minute walk down the beach. Great boutique shopping in downtown Melbourne. Many great restaurants in the area. Kayaking to see dolphins and manatees was 30 minutes away, as was the Canaveral Space Center. Overall, probably the best condo/beach experience we've had in Florida.

Excellent location, and beautiful condo. The process to communicate was easy, and the management team was incredibly helpful and friendly. The view from the upstairs master is incredible. The condo had lots of thoughtful extras for families with kids. We had an incredible time, and plan to stay again in the future!

Everything We Needed and More

My husband and I were planning on driving from Indiana but he ended up sick in the hospital. I ended up flying without him 😢. We had absolutely every thing we needed in our condo!! It was amazing, we even had an umbrella for a rainy night. Beach towels and chairs were plentiful and nice. Had a wonderful time and no worries!! We will be back next year!!

Ladies getaway

The property and location was wonderful for a long weekend friend’s getaway. Being directly on the beach was perfect. We enjoyed walking to Indialantic coffee in the mornings, and restaurants in the evenings. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels available.

Construction noise and debris spoiled vacation

We stayed here from 12/25/23 until 1/3/24. It is a nicely furnished, well located unit. We have stayed here previously and enjoyed it very much. But this time there was a serious problem involving major construction in an adjacent unit, apparently due to a collapsing deck. The manager and owners of our unit surely knew about this, but did not inform us ahead of time or offer us alternatives. Construction went on for the entire duration of our visit, from ~8AM until ~4PM or later. The noise of drilling and hammering was incessant and extremely loud. The vibrations shook the walls. We talked to the construction manager, who told us on the first day that the noise would be finished soon. But it never was until the day we left. The workmen strewed construction debris on the lawn in front of our unit, including sharp metal fragments. We found roofing nails on our patio. The workmen blew clouds of dust everywhere, so we had to keep our sliders closed most of the time. We could not use our patio or deck at all. Overall, this construction made it impossible for us to enjoy our vacation. We wrote a note to the manager at the end of our stay, detailing the problems and requesting partial compensation. She responded by apologizing and said she would forward our complaint to the owners and "have them rectify this immediately". But we never heard back. We made two further communication attempts and both were ignored.

HIGHLY recommend!!

Our group couldn’t have had a better experience. Three couples away for a quick weekend trip- and it was just the perfect spot for it. The townhome was spotless, so well maintained and we were accommodated with everything a group or family would need. Great privacy for each room with its own bathroom. The beach is so quiet and exclusive - views are amazing. Would love to come here again! Thank you for everything!

Beach Getway

This was a quiet location right on the beach. It was perfect for the quiet days and strolls on the beach. The location also offered access to restaurants and shopping nearby. This property included everything you would need to enjoy the ocean! I will definitely be back to enjoy the ocean!
