This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf corner unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the second floor. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided.  TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two single beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach chairs (2), beach towels and an umbrella are provided.


We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Wonderful place to unwind

This unit was everything we were looking for & the balcony was such a wonderful place to relax. The unit was very clean & had everything we could possibly need. The beach was not crowded like surrounding beaches which made it perfect for us. I would highly recommend this unit.

Condo was great! Great views from inside and on balcony. We were able to watch dolphins and sea turtles from the condo. The beach is not crowded at all. Communication with the owners was great.

Beautiful Location

We truly enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. This was a great location for our family. Only challenge was the rocks in the water that were not in anyone's control. My family is used to being in water all the time and the rocks made that difficult. We enjoyed the pool as a backup plan.

Awesome!

We were only in this unit for 4 nights and were not ready to leave! Beautiful view, nice pool, shuffleboard!, place to wash your car and covered parking. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the sunrises and just hanging out on the balcony soaking up the ocean view. The pool is heated. Great place for beach walks. Didn't find a restaurant we liked to walk to but there are plenty of them by car. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again for a longer time to explore the area more.

Great place and wonderful amenities.

Very comfortable and well kept place. Corner unit had extra side windows that offered more great views of beach. Kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare family meals and outdoor gas grill was nice to have for our use. Liked having a washer and dryer at our disposal. Unit very convenient to parking space and stairs. I would definitely think about staying there again.

Just the right amount of peace!

You can’t get any closer to the beach! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay. The condo itself is as described, very clean, comfortable, great location, well stocked and easy to get to. The outside of the entire building looks ok, it’s not the most modern looking building in the area and could use some sprucing up but it wasn’t anything that would have made me choose to go somewhere else. The location is excellent, you are close to anything and everything you could want or need and the staff are friendly and they respond quickly to your requests.

Incredible view!

There are ocean views from almost every angle of this condo! It's a beautiful condo to stay in. Clean and relaxing. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun rise every single morning. We also watch a rocket launch from NASA. This condo has the perfect view! The beach was very laid back and definitely not over crowded at all. I hope that I may come back to this beach and condo again.

Very Nice Condo

This is a very nice condo. It is super clean. It is on the 2nd floor and the balconey is literally a stones throw from the ocean. The condo is spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, batrooms are clean, beds were comfortable. They also have ample cable/streaming services for those rainy days that we unfortunately experienced. I highly recommend this condo. Also, we saw a night launch from Cape Canaveral. It was spectacular! This unit is situated perfectly for viewing launces from CC.

More than what we expected

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs but this one absolutely accommodated us so comfortably. From the kitchen to the bathrooms and the beautifully decorated bedrooms. There wasn't anything they didn't think of. I'm a makeup person and the vanity in the master bathroom made me feel right at home. Beautiful!

I’ve stayed at a few Vrbo spots throughout the years, and this one is my favorite accommodations! The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The entire condo was clean, bright and beautiful, and it’s a great layout with the laundry room immediately upon entry and divided bathrooms/bedrooms. The city is also beautiful and full of all grocery and restaurant needs within a short radius (typically less than 5 minutes)! Do research on the beach itself (I didn’t) - it has coquina rocks close to the shoreline, which makes it atypical from most tourist beaches. Surfers seem to have no issues, and enjoying the sand and multitude of shells are all great! The best part is the view and hearing the waves - whether inside or sitting out on the patio. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Beachfront Relaxation

Our family of four stayed in mid-July. The pictures of the condo are accurate - it is right on the beach. The balcony provided for several afternoon naps in shade listening to the ocean. The pool area was very clean and the water was the perfect temperature. The condo was impressively clean and very up-to-date. There is tile throughout with the exception of the 2nd bedroom so it was very easy to clean up tracked-in sand. Since the listing, the stove and microwave have been upgraded. A few boogie boards, sand chairs, pool noodles and beach towels were available. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with small appliances and cookware, but does not have much for extras in the cupboards (like spices, sugar, ketchup, etc). It did have toilet paper, paper towels, and dishsoap, which is a big plus when just staying a few days. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants and water activites away from the ocean. A couple things we didn't find that we were looking for from the listing were the hairdryer and TV in the 2nd bedroom but we made do without them. Also, note the listing check-in and out times do not match the managing company times of 3 pm and 10 am. A nice plus would have been a few board games available but we did find a deck of cards. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely book this location again.
