FEATURING:
Kitchen of the stars, with the chefโ€™s double island, fully equipped to prepare family dinners after a refreshing swim in your private solar-heated, salt-water pool. The open floor plan makes it easy to cook, entertain, and have little ones in sight. The charm of the house is enhanced by its proximity to beautiful beaches and the riverfront. A mere four-block walk puts you among the waves, with opportunities for swimming, surfing, kayaking, fishing, and night space launches.

For dog lovers, we welcome your four-legged friend as long as they are pre-approved. A $100 secures their stay. Sneaking pets are not allowed, you will forfeit deposits.

Location: a few blocks to the beach, you're also close to good restaurants and An evening in with board games, television, and a dip in the pool is made perfect. The home is situated in a wonderfully established neighborhood, near groceries stores, pet stores, restaurants, and Gleason Park with fountains and trails. Police and fire station right around the corner for peace of mind. The yard is fully fenced in with a kid's playset.

Space launch heaven, take the kids out of the classroom and experience real life while you see rocket launches headed for the stars!

Fabulous house

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to reply to any inquiries. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the pool was wonderful. We had 8 ladies in our group and we had enough space to be comfortable for the full week we stayed. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Baseball Tournament Mini-Vacay

Great property and great owners. We had fun of what little time we weren't at the ballfields enjoying all amenities of the home including the pool! We got a few days at the beach and had a great time enjoying this home. Would stay again and again!

Awesome beachside home!

Best pool we've ever had on vacation! The house was spotless, and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Maureen was a fantastic host, super responsive and friendly! We'd definitely stay here again! The house itself is spacious and bright. You can't beat the location. A close walk to the park, and great yard for kids or dogs. Family Reunion 2024

This was certainly one of the most perfect choices we have made for a weeklong family reunion. Maureen and Henri were exception hosts and deserve accolades for the effort they make to make sure everything exceeds expectations. The house and pool were spotless, the kitchen well appointed with everything you could ask for. Super great for a larger family

All of us felt really happy we chose this house and we want to make sure we will catch availabilty each time we come out to there. I had wife, mom in law, three kids, plenty room without feeling cramped, ultra clean and comfortable, very relaxing overall and the pictures actually do an injustice to what it is actually. Super great.

Christmas Vacation

This is an enjoyable place to spend a week near the beach, Brevard Zoo, space center and Orlando theme parks. The home was perfect for all our needs and the pool was enjoyed by all. The bathroom and laundry room off of the pool area was ideal. When not cooking in (you have all cooking necessities), there are numerous dining options in the area.

Softball/ Vacation

This was our second vacation stay in Florida for the softball world series. This time we got it right! Beautiful home with covered pool. Clean and inviting. Just minutes from the games and beach. Great home and host!

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. The location was great and easy access to lots of restaurants, beaches and a 25 minute drive the the space coast complex where my son was playing in a baseball tournament. We will be back if we are ever in the area again.

Peaceful comfortable place

Best Rental Ever!

We have been renting Florida vacation homes for over 30 years in various locations, mostly on the eastern coast. This home was, by far, the best one we have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and obviously well-cared for. When a problem arose, the owners responded immediately and resolved the issue ASAP. We LOVED this home and plan to book it again.
