With 3 spacious bedrooms, our home provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer cozy queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beach adventures. Two full bathrooms and one half-bathroom ensure ample space for everyone to get ready, with the master bathroom boasting a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and large closet.

My friend and I enjoyed a beautiful week in the area. Everything about your place was great and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We spent a lot of time on the road looking for home in the area for me, but when we were there everything worked and we had a great time.

Relaxing Getaway

The property is very close to the beach. The area was very quiet. The house was nicely decorated and smelled nice coming in. The hostess was very attentive. The area is 15 minutes to downtown Melbourne and 25 to Downtown Cocoa Beach. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The house was clean and very functional. Having three bedrooms with large beds was important to us and it was a good house layout and setup. Large patio area with a lot of seating. Nice furniture and well decorated.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and offered plenty of room both inside and out for our family. The downside was the barbecue was a broken but property manager did send someone to clean and repair it. We recommend they replace it.

I would like to sincerely share my appreciation for the hospitality and the warm welcome to this home. The communication was proactive and welcoming and they ensured my family and our friends had a fantastic time. The home was perfect in every way and they continued to communicate with us to check in and see if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. We had everything we needed and more in this home and would highly recommend staying here.
