Concrete repair work will take place on the North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed. This 1,350-square-foot condo, located on the fifth floor of the Indian Harbour Beach Club, boasts impressive views of rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. A hidden gem among beachfront properties, it’s so sought-after that reservations are typically made a year in advance.
