This chic, brand new custom contemporary property is professionally designed and curated for you and your guests to enjoy the ultimate Desert vacation retreat. Located in a quiet pocket in Indian Wells with no thoroughfare, it’s very quiet! A short distance from El Paseo! Fine dining, shopping, art and culture. This home will not disappoint!

Spacious rooms are outfitted with sophisticated, upscale yet comfortable design. It is perfect for your group to come together and enjoy time with each other, and a place to unwind. Guests can take advantage of the desert’s iconic weather out on the beautifully manicured and extensive patio. This is the perfect home for you to come to for a month or two and host your family and friends.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space provides the ultimate in resort-style amenities within a private estate setting. pool with integrated spa. The oversized pool provides a spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine on the four chaise chairs. The outdoor area also features alfresco dining for 8, large sectional lounge seating, beautiful built in natural gas Firemagic BBQ, fire table and a putting green to practice your putts. While there is always plenty of sunshine, there is ample shade for you to enjoy!

INDOOR SPACES
Come inside and the amenities continue to impress… The main living space has an open concept with large floor to ceiling glass doors that disappear into the main structure creating lots of natural light. An oversized sectional is the perfect place to relax and stream a movie or favorite series on the 65 Inch Samsung Art TV. The thoughtfully equipped Chef’s Kitchen offers a gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel oven, large refrigerator, All Clad pans and almost any small appliance you will need to execute a gourmet meal. The custom island provides seating for indoor dining for 4, as well as space for casual gatherings during meal preparation. Dining table can seat 8 guests.

The 4 bedrooms accommodates up to 8 guests, a3 are ensuite and all feature luxury mattresses, European bedding . The primary suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. The suite opens directly out on to the pool. Master also has a 55” Samsung Art TV.

Guest suite 2 has a king size bed that can covert into 2 twin beds, shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with walk in shower with guest suite 3 that has a queen size bed.
Suite 4 is light-filled and has a King bed, 50“ Samsung Art TV and a high end queen-sized pull out couch.

There is space available for up to 4 cars total between the driveway and garage. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

UTILITIES
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities of gas and electric are the responsibility of the guest. They are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 per month will be held on guests’ credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide the utility bills to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. Pool heat is controlled remotely by the guest enabling more flexibility and savings.

For stays under 28 nights there is an additional fee for the heating of the pool of $50 a day.

- No events, parties or large gatherings
Indian Wells City Ordinances:
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy rate for a 4 bedroom home is 8 people.
- Parking Limits: Only 4 cars allowed
- No outdoor amplified sound (music ) is permitted or sound that can be heard across property lines
- There is a Desert wide curfew: No one is allowed in the back yard, pool or hot tub after 10:00 pm.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
The city will issue fines that start at $1500 and can ask guests to vacate the property

We are accessible 100% of the time pre and post guest stays which gives our clients the confidence should they need us, we are there. All Louisa Davis Property guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

We have enhanced all of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 8-16 working hours to clean each rental property (depending on size)after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions.
