Convenient Location, Great Backyard

Indulge a little with this huge private backyard, tankless water heater for looong showers in the waterfall shower head, modern tiled bathrooms, lofted ceilings, all king sized beds, a master suite with blackout curtains and separate climate control for deep sleep, and well stocked supplies throughout.

Centrally located on the north side of Indianapolis with convenient access to everything Indy has to offer. You'll be less than 1 mile to US 31 and 465 for an easy in and easy out drive.

Location:
The house is located right inside the major highway loop, 465, just off of Meridian & 96th street. This quaint little neighborhood in the far north side of Indianapolis will have everything you need. The popular Monon Trail is less than a mile away and is great for walking & biking. All of the essentials are within a mile or two as well - Target, Kroger, Aldi, Whole Foods & Total Wine. The city of Carmel is just up the road, Broad Ripple is a short 10 minute drive down College Ave, & just 10 miles south is the center of downtown Indianapolis.

The House:
You'll enter the house through a private front door along a large front deck.

Inside you'll find a large living space open to a grand dining space and the kitchen with a large breakfast bar and ample counter space. The living and dining space is filled with large windows & dual sliding glass doors that open up to your own private patio and backyard with full privacy fence.

The bedrooms branch off from the dining room allowing for a quiet space while others might still be up. The master bedroom connects to a private full master bathroom with a walk in tile shower and plenty of natural, yet private, light. Each of the two full bathrooms are well equipped with towels and soaps.

Some of the other amenities you'll find include a washer and dryer equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, a generous amount of coffee, snacks, and sparkling water, a large couch for you to relax on, and a TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs.

Access:
After booking, you will receive a personalized access code to the smart lock on the front door. This allows for seamless access during your stay.

You'll have access to private parking in the driveway, a large front yard, the house itself, and the huge backyard with a private patio during your stay.

We have a strict no party or event policy. We will charge a $500 fee if a party or event is hosted at the property.

It's a great place to stay if you need to be on the Northside. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and pet-friendly, what more could you want? The backyard and patio are super nice and fenced in.

This was one of our favorite properties we have ever stayed in! The house was so cozy and inviting. We all agreed… the beds were the MOST comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The pillows were luxurious as well the home was super clean and specious as well. We would definitely stay on this property again!

Some friends and I were in town for a dog show. It was quite difficult to find a place to stay, that would allow more than 2 dogs. The host was very accommodating and we loved the house so much! The fully fenced yard was a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice space, large bedrooms, great yard. There were some kinks to work out with check in, but hosts were quick to reach out and find alternative solution. Liked that the location was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to expressway. Fenced backyard was perfect for our puppy. Bedrooms had good space for one night stay- For extended stays, dressers in the bedrooms would be nice. Furniture was modern and cute. Overall we enjoyed our night here!

The home was very clean and spacious. We stayed with parents and our 1 year old. We were only in town for a day, but this home was close to everything we wanted to see and visit. The host was very pleasant to speak to and answered all questions we had. Will definitely stay again in the future.
