"Beautiful view. Pool area and view outstanding. Comfortable room very clean. Convenient location. Awesome staff and the drinks and wings from pool bar are a must! Breakfast from restaurant was fantastic."

"Because of the sargassum, the beach in inaccessible and horrible smell so you're limited to the pool area... The restaurants doesn't have any fresh fish 😕 and very limited menus. The maids were very nice. The lady at the bar was also very nice and one older gentleman at the restaurant also. But I felt that I was always disturbing them whenever I asked something. The marina and boat tours is right there and that was awesome 👌 Would not recommend it. It took them 4 times to get me a room... The 1st one was set up for a 40th birthday party 🎈 The second one was facing the parking, the 3rd one was a smoking room before, for sure and finally 2 hrs later my room was good..."

"The property required us to move rooms after 2 nights of a 6 night stay. We had to check out at 10 am and check back in to our new room at 4 pm. This was not communicated in advance so needless to say we were very unhappy being without a room we had paid for. The manager said they would “make it up to us” but of course we never heard from them again. We enjoyed the ocean front room (both of them) and the Pelican Beach Grill. The pool had a nice view but the bar there was terrible. We ordered a rum and coke and we were told they made them with gin! No thanks. There is no set housekeeping time so you have to request anything you need including a room refresh. Due to the terrible lack of communication I can’t recommend this property, we certainly wouldn’t stay again."

"We had a blast staying at the Atrium. The staff was simply incredible. The front desk crew goes out of their way to assist with car rentals, excursion bookings or anything else you may need from beach towels to coffee, etc....AND they are super friendly. The room was large and clean and the balcony was huge. Pool area was great and the beach wonderful. I'd 100% stay here again."
