Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes. There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate. We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

The property was exactly as described in the pictures were accurate. Nice location with shade right near the golf green. We had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciate you letting us use your home!
Very nice property. Loved the location on the golf course. It was so central to everything in the valley. The home was perfect and supplied well. It was perfect for what we needed.
The management is 5 star for sure and the place is very open, easy and nice. I would just suggest that they explain that the third bedroom is really a big office with doors or closet. Still nice and worked out for us. Maybe it is mentioned and I missed it.
