Rooms were renovated so that was excellent.
The common areas were outdated stale and old. Service was really slow. Waiting 1 day for toilet paper and clean towels.
Elevators were out of service and the remaining elevators were completely occupied until 3 am each night.
Several guests had to take the stairs with luggage coolers and personals down the emergency exit stairs
Food court restaurants were short staffed.

Check in here is a hassle and takes a very long time. Big lines and just a couple of agents to deal with it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean-a bit outdated. Casino and pool area are nice.
