"Stayed at this property Jan. 13 -18 2026. The location is stellar. Main building is right on the marina with the villas being right on the ocean. It’s clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good. Pools are fantastic and not busy. Great orientation to the sun for tanning. No coffee makers in the room and no ice machines anywhere. I would stay here again. "

"Its not called Ocean Breeze, it’s Mayan Palace- after that confusion and them trying to pitch is on buying into the owners program before we even checked into our room…. It was a pretty nice place. Friendly helpful staff, good food and a beautiful lobby. Probably wont go again, but it was nice."
