"We arrived on a rainy foggy day for one night. Check in was easy & straightforward. The location is terrific and our room had a beautiful view (when its not so foggy!) The Gigi bar was very helpful. Loved the room and the decor- wish we could have stayed longer."

The staff were very attentive and kind.
The views from the rooftop were amazing and a great place to chill in the evenings. I would highly recommend this hotel"

"An absolutely fantastic stay, directly adjacent to the ferry terminal, with excellent views over the lake, and a great breakfast. I like that Verbania is less full of tourists than Stresa, but still has a wonderful waterfront, great restaurants, etc."

"The deco was really nice. Breakfast had an amazing choice of food. Bed was pretty comfortable. I wish there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. A great hotel & I would go back there. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern amenities. The queen bed was comfortable, yet firm. The breakfasts were delicious with fresh pastries and cappuccinos, yogurt and cheese and more. It is very close to the train station and ferry, so you can get pretty much anywhere. Several restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk and serve delicious north Italian food and local wines. The only drawback is that the room is quite small, as is the shower. Still, we loved our stay. "
