I swapped rooms from what I booked to help the motel out. Have not received a refund for the price difference of the room. Room was old, cold and run down, ceiling was falling apart. Photos on website do not match this room.

When we arrived at the Colonial I was a little concerned at the run down appearance of the units along the street, however, we were shown to some fabulous units around the back and they were awesome! Bets place we stayed on our whole trip

Surprised at the comfort and huge space. Compared to most other budget accommodation hotels, this was rare find. Quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The building is of an older character, but that is not a negative. .
