This one bedroom ground floor apartment is located behind a large residential conversion, located just east of the town centre which makes it ideally located for the main town centre, the business district, the college and university campus as well as the popular Waterfront area. Nearby bus links give easy access to out of town locations such as Ipswich Hospital and BT’s Adastral Park.

The apartment light and airy and is furnished to a very comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine and airer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.



You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.



The living room has a two-seater sofa and chair, coffee table, dining table and chairs for four people plus a Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content.



The double bedroom also has a double wardrobe, large drawer unit as well as bedside tables. The bathroom is very spacious with bath, toilet and basin and a large ‘wet-room’ style shower. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.



Secure access is via the main residential building and through a shared outdoor terrace area. The apartment comes with one off-road parking space in a nearby car park (access via pin code).



Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
