"ランドリーも洗剤も無料、レンタサイクルも無料で良かった 天然温泉は女湯は24hのうち、1.5hのみしか入浴できないのは不便だった。 客室には風呂場がないため、大浴場を使えない時はフロントでフロア浴室を使うための申請をして鍵を借りなければならないが、フロント対応時間も午前中は不可なため、中々に不便かもしれない。"

"洗面所の水の流れが悪かった。 テレビはネットのみ視聴でき、地上波は見れなかったのが少し残念でした。 部屋にはレンジがあるのでとても便利でした。 駐車スペー スが部屋の前でしたが、他の部屋の駐車もあり停めにくかったです。"
