"It's as advertised. Be warned it is on street level, in a large city, so there is going to be noise around the clock. Complaining about that would be like renting a beach house and complaining about the sand. That said we had no trouble sleeping so the noise isn't that bad. The location is great. "The location was perfect, near cafe's. restaurants, shopping and a bus stop. It was roomy and well appointed. I would HIGHLY recommend the next occupant familiarize yourself with the numerous links & instructions given prior to staying. We arrived after 5pm and the a/c remote was not functioning. Nobody would answer my texts as they did not deem it an emergency. I am 57 and traveling with my 16 year old daughter and 80 year old mother.
