"We loved our stay in Kanazawa. Most clean room out of everywhere we stayed in Japan - it was spotless. Best bathroom with a large shower, however almost no counter space at the sink. We somehow could hear the crosswalk signal from our room instead of the room being entirely quiet. I do not recommend using the laundry as its a washer dryer combo unit and the drying cycle takes far too long given the clothes kind of get steamed so after hours of drying we gave up and used our room’s hair dryer, which was successful. Unfortunately they don’t offer luggage transfer."

"A warm friendly welcome on arrival, including a welcome drink. Everywhere and everything in the hotel was clean and comfortable. Not the biggest room, but it had all the amenities. Free coffee and accessories in reception. A great location for the station, castle and gardens, market and lots of restaurants."

"Beautiful room, very comfortable with great amenities. I really liked the water refill stations and the reusable water bottle provided. In a great location for the train station and bus station and next to a good little shopping centre. "
