"This place is infested with cockroaches. Told the staff when we saw cockroaches in our first room. Got given a new room and still infested with cockroaches. We accept that the rooms are basic and dated for the price we paid. But it's not dirt cheap enough to expect customers to put up with cockroaches. Expedia should consider remove it from its listing. "I have zero complaints! The staff were amazing, the property and area it's in were beautiful, and overall it really made our stay in Kanazawa special. I highly recommend this place. Just be warned that if you have any mobility issues, the stairs going upstairs are very steep. "

"Easy check-in process at Hotel Kanazawa, they gave clear directions to the hotel which is only a 5-10 minute walk away. Accommodation was stunning, great amount of amenities, super clear also."
