"We had a great stay, sadly the property behind our unit was an old tin shed and the wind was blowing the tin roof of the shed back and forth smashing each time keeping us up for 3 of the 7 nights. The staff said that there was nothing they could do as the owner of that land was unwilling to help! We had a great time otherwise!"

"My family of 5 stayed here. I had a hard time at check-in because I was not given the code for the second set of keys that opens the master bedroom. I did not hear back until late the first night to receive the second code. The air conditioner stopped working. We were told they would come and fix it, but that never happened. Pictures show pool bars, but there was never anyone there to serve drinks. We had two towels per bathroom for a six night stay! I would suggest looking elsewhere!"

"We were VERY uncomfortable with the AC situation at this property. We kept the black out drapes closed at all times the sun was up bc the room would get immediately hot. We got ill from the heat toward the end of our trip. If they can get more AC units for this property or something we would consider going back. Other wise it was good. Clean. Good location. Safe. "

"The location was great and the apartment was clean, the only negative thing I would say is the bed and pillows are crazy uncomfortable but you kind of get what you pay for it was super cheap and there is no designated parking spot so sometimes you have to park around the block since parking close to the entrance was full a lot of times. "We loved our stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured except the outside could use a coat of paint and there is no hammock which made me sad. Nice welcome basket, door code perfect. Like any beach rental, thongs wear fast, but neat and clean. Beds ok, shower great. View SPECTACULAR. Unfortunately, on a big road and loud!! Settles down before late, but daytime and early evening loud. Great staff at Amigo- super friendly. Cute neighborhood with some great food within walking distance....

"From check-in to check-out the entire experience with this hotel was excellent. We traveled with our kids so we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were upgraded to suites free of charge and they made a point to put all of us on the same floor close to each other without us even asking. The food was delicious with multiple dining options. The only complaint we have is that the dinner buffet was closed 3 nights in a row but we were able to get into the other restaurants without any problems. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly."
