"Unit was clean, well equipped with basic necessities, and host was super responsive. Only thing to really note is that the property lists beach access as part of the amenities however there is no real beach, only a mosquito bay."

"Overall this is a beautiful place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Very clean, but little room for storage, although there are drawers in the walk-in closet. Grisel has supplied everything you will need during your stay. I do recommend only 2 adults. Any more, and it would be crowded. Lots and lots of decorations, which could be reduced a bit. When we first arrived the power had been out for about an hour due to a storm. It ended up being out for 4 hours. We had to haul all of our luggage up to the 6th floor, and it was hot. Windows do open, but there are no screens. Water pressure in bathroom was not the greatest, and the first a couple of days, we did not have hot water, but Grisel said that pressure needs to be high for the hot water to kick in. The water pressure was better toward the end of the trip. Also, on weekends, the beach can get crowded. There is a public access nearby. At night, you can hear music and people talking, but it was not too annoying. I can understand that there may be times when the party could get loud. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this accommodation. Grisel is very responsive."

It was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beautiful family vacation in Cabo Royo. Great communication and check-in/check-out process and a gorgeous modern beach house. Perfect. "

"The condo was the perfect spot for our vacation. We could see the ocean and beach from the balcony and that was a perfect way to start each morning. Literally being steps away from the beach and water was definitely a plus. We felt very secure at the facility due to the various levels of security protocols in place. Vlad was a wonderful host. He left us some drinks and snacks to get our stay started and was very each to contact when a few questions arose. Our own downside to the stay was the condo was very small. We knew it was designed for 2-3 people, but we felt it would be a little bigger from the pictures shared online. Also, it would have been helpful to have a few additional items such as washcloths and dishtowels. Overall our stay was very nice and we would consider staying here again despite the small size of the condo."
