"This was my second stay at this property: I attended my cousins 65th birthday in November then scheduled. We had both Villas and the entire property and the party was held on the grounds. It was amazing! Convenient and lacking nothing.I then scheduled my second visit with my family for Spring Break and again it did not disappoint!My son and his wife enjoyed it so much that we are planning to celebrate their 50th birthday celebration on the property.Maria was very responsive to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Cabo Rojo."

"Nice view. Very friendly owners helpful if you needed anything. Nice clean inside air-conditioned in the bedrooms. The three bedroom had a couch and a full kitchen and a kitchen table along with a bunk bed and one bedroom. Two queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. One is a shower and toilet. The other one is just a toilet we'll totally recommend"

"Our host was very helpful and the property was well furnished . We liked being on the ocean and having the kayak access. One of our party has mobility issues so being on the ground level was great. We also appreciated being so close to great restaurants and a nice grocery,"

"This property was listed perfectly. It's a close walk to the beach, right through a gate out the back of the property, and you're on the beach. My wife and I enjoyed this apartment. We were able to sit on the balcony and drink our coffee in the morning, watching the sun come up over the water, and in the evening we could watch the sunset. It was a beautiful view. I highly recommend this property. It's a perfect size. The price is perfect. It's even a great place for a family of four. There are plenty of places to eat around, and if you want to check out another beach, there are plenty of those close by."
