We were expecting a Premium suite with a kitchen We got a room with no lamps chairs or dresser even Towels were usually picked up by me and supposed daily cleaning sometimes happened but mostly not No safe in the room as advertised. Upon entering the building the smell of sewage is strong. There are no lobby bathrooms. The one common bathroom is on the rooftop and is not serviced. Our room was in poor condition. The AC did not function properly and did not maintain temperature. The TV did not function properly and would not operate. The interior bathroom light did not work well as it was too dim to see in the mirror. There was not hand soap in the bathroom. Bathrooms are not connected to a window nor do they have a fan. I think that is why the building and rooms smell so bad. The screen door to balcony was torn and not functioning so with the AC not working we could not keep the door open to allow fresh air in without mosquitos coming in. We were there over a holiday weekend and they drastically increased their rate and it was definitely not worth the price. Maybe worth about 40$/night. No breakfast included. No water filling opportunities. Get used to dogs barking on the streets and 4 wheelers ripping around fast on the island. The bed was ok but only one thin sheet was provided. The beach is cool to walk along on the island though.

No warm water, hard as a stone bed, not even a blanket. No towels in the room at 8 pm. Very noisy hotel. Been in Holbox 3 times. There are better hotels with the same price.
