Great Value. We were happy the moment we arrived at Isla Bonita. Martin was really cool and showed us our lovely room upon arriving. The deck chairs and little balcony area overlooking the lit up pool at night was really peaceful. 5* could really use a coffee maker

The location was very convenient for my purpose to be at the island. Rest and chill. The staff was always helpfull and fast to assist . Martin and Sully were always accommodating and eager to help.

The room was clean and well equipped in the small kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication before arrival and during our stay was excellent. Extremely quiet and peaceful in and around the hotel - no dogs barking at night or other guests were respectfully quiet when moving around in and out of their rooms. We slept very well because of this. The pool was nice but the area around it could have been cleaner, lots of sand on the boards that then went in the rooms even though we left our shoes outside. That was the only negative thing.

Staff there is so amazing and helpful. Cozy little spot with a communal stove so you can cook and the pool is beautiful at night.. Really quiet relaxing spot. Wifi isn’t great but I just downloaded some movies for the evening when it was working.

Muy buena ubicacion, el personal en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente al ofrecernos servicio de tours y renta de bicis o transporte, igual nos dieron chance de salir mas tarde de la habitacion ta que llegamos tarde de un tour, hasta nos lavaron un cambio de ropa mojada, la amenidad del refri, micro y sink con vajilla disponible, la alberca muy bien y el estilo lindo, se nita que es nuevo el lugar.
