However, I'll like to apologies about our beach not being to your liking but, 9/10 beach resorts in the keys have some type of seawall such as ours to protect the property from a potential hurricane storm surge. I'm sorry to hear you did not like the location of your room but, we do have other room types thats right on the water with a nicer view. The room you booked was a resort view room, and they do not come with a view of the water. Furthermore, I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the heat water during your stay but, I had my maintenance team check out the water temperature in that room and they said it was ok.
