"John was very welcoming and had excellent local knowledge to help us enjoy his lical area. The rooms and facilities were delightful, clean, comfortable. Breakfast, including option for a full cooked breakfast, was lovely. So pleased with accommodation and area we stayed an extra night. Lovely walks, drives and local eateries too. Perfect!"

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Very conveniently located on the North Wales Expressway and with easy access to a gorgeous strand and the coastal path. Gavin and Steven were wonderful hosts and I am looking forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely time here. Lovely breakfast and really nice staff . We had stunning views from our room . Perfect location for us to see the sites of Llandudno with two children . Loved the ferris wheel view from their bunk bed and the fabulous pier. Short walk to tram to the mines and happy valley garden . It was too windy to go on cable car which is a short walk from the hotel . The Alice in wonderland theme went down well with our kids . Lovely restaurants around the corner and convenience...
