"Nice place but I expected a place on a vineyard, but this was only close to a vineyard. Not really hotel facilities but an appartment with kitchen. They need to do something with the AC. No restaurant on-site. The pool was a few hundred meters away. Pretty isolated and you are dependent of a car whatever you want to do (including going to restaurants). Really nice and helpful staff who gave a lot pf good advice for things to do in the area. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house and can highly recommend it.The house is very comfortable, well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. "We had an excellent 1 night stay. The hotel is located in beautiful setting among the Tuscany hills with an easy 40 minutes drive south of Florence. IThe property sits an olive orchard directly below to a picture perfect Chianti vineyard. The views of the Tuscan hills at sunset and sunrise were spectacular. The registration process was quick and easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. He walked us to our room to make sure we were happy with our accomodations. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the view of the Tuscan hills through the olive trees was pretty. After a bit of exploring in the August heat, we settled into the hotel bar for a cold beer and light snacks. The nice young lady who served us, Sophia, was so friendly and eager to chat with us about our travel experiences. We had dinner at sunset on the hotel terrace. The food, wine, and service were all excellent, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast on the terrace was also excellent with plenty of fresh, interesting, and tasty choices. It was a memorable 5 star hotel in every way."

"We had a lovely stay at this villa in a fantastic location, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which was much appreciated during the hot weather, and the pool was excellent for cooling off, although it was a little smaller than we expected.The villa had some nice touches, including a good selection of books and a great TV for relaxing in the evenings.There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The welcome pack was disappointing and lacked basic essentials such as bottled water, although a bottle of Prosecco was provided. We also experienced quite a few ants and other bugs during our stay, which was a nuisance. The kitchen was reasonably equipped but could do with more drinking glasses.Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. With a few small improvements to the welcome provisions, kitchen equipment, and pest control, this would be an excellent villa that we’d happily recommend."

"The villa was beautiful, even more spacious than expected. The outside was quintessential Tuscany, serene and breathtaking. Luigi was one of the most responsive and gracious hosts we have encountered. He always responded quickly and when asked questions beyond his scope he would seek the answers. He invited us to dine at his family’s restaurant, which was the best meal we had during our time visiting the region. It was so great we dined there again on our last night. We had an amazing time in Tuscany and it was amplified by the home, Luigi and La Toppa!!!"
