The hotel was lovely. Staff were great, rooms were clean, noise was minimal, breakfast was good, and location was great for someone who has been to istanbul before and doesn't need to stay in the center of the historical stuff.

Şubat ayında yapmış olduğum konaklamada maalesef odam buz gibiydi resepsiyonla 4-5 kez iletişime geçtim. Klimaya çözüm bulamadılar. Oda değişikliği istedim, otelin dolu olduğunu söylediler. Otelden çıkış yapmak istedim daha sonra boş oda ayarlandı. Yeni odamda kısmen diğer odaya göre iyiydi ama maalesef genel olarak hiç bir şekilde ısınamadım. Resepsiyondaki kişilerin davranışları gayet kibardı. 2 gecelik konaklamamı 1 gece kalarak sonlandırdım. Kış aylarında tavsiye etmiyorum

The staff were very kind and professional (front desk, concierge, house keeping). Thank you all. The location is great as everything is in a walkable distance. The rooms are little small but it was okay.
