This place is accessible to everything.. dining, shopping,mosque,bazaar and public transportation. Staff are very hospitable and made us feel at home. Breakfast was great too!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated and a close walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and more. The room is basic, but worked well for us!

Excellent location & view from breakfast room. Friendly and helpful staff particularly Ayhan (guest relations ) who was happily assisting with mobile chargers & our repeated requests for luggage movements etc.

1. Worst wifi signal in Istanbul. For three days I couldn’t do any work using wifi. So I had to buy data for my phone. The reception guy tried to convince me it’s like this slow in the entire area. That is not true. I stayed previous two weeks at two other hotels in the same area and wifi was fast. 2. When I came back to my room at 11 pm to sleep, my bed was covered with hair, duvet cover was stained, pillows smelly. They sent this big guy to change the sheets and he was struggling as if he never changed sheets. First brought the wrong size bed sheet but don’t bring pillow cover and duvet cover. He took my pillows with him brought the same pillow back and didn’t change the duvet cover. Whole process took him over an hour. Later I used towels on the pillow to sleep. I couldn’t sleep until 2 am. 3. A/c and heat is centrally controlled. No air conditioning in the room. They had heat setting at 24 degrees. Room was too hot to sleep. 4. Hand held shower head base was leaking bad. I went to wash my foot and it sprayed water all over me. My clothes were wet. 5. Valet guy took me to my room and refused to leave until I paid him tips. He again insisted I pay him tips when I was leaving. He was brutal. 5. Upon checking in, they didn’t give my passport's back. I was running for a meeting and I needed my passport back. Halfway to my destination I realized I don’t have my passport. I had to cancel my appointment and it ruined my entire day. It costed me a lot. Way too many issues.

The customer service from the staff was excellent especially from Hassan. Our room was very nice too. The receptionists were lovely too. I recommend this hotel to others.. thank you guys

Very good hotel with wonderful service, a fantastic breakfast selection and a great restaurant and Spa. Only minor negatives were thin walls so you can hear everything in the corridor, and the small bathroom. Special shout out to Hassan from the breakfast team, a happy welcome every morning, and Furken on reception. Both extremely friendly and helpful. Nadir at breakfast also deserves a shout out. Mevlüt in the restaurant couldn’t do more to look after us, fantastic food and service. I’d definitely stay here again. Good location a short walk from tram stops and major sights.
