The room was a good size and has a kitchen and clothes washer/dryer. There was no soap to wash the dishes. You can request soap for the clothes washer. We used it and our socks came out with black marks on them. The hotel is close to a huge mall with a grocery store if you need anything. Transportation is close by

We enjoyed our stay here, it is a bit out of the way for all the attractions but there is a bus stop locally and a train station about 10-15 mins walk so accessible if you want to be a bit out of the centre, the hotel was clean and spacious and great for a comfortable relaxing stay. the loung area was nice and it was separate from the bedroom giving you a more home vibe than a hotel which was nice. the terrace was lovely and has some amazing views. i would come back to this hotel if i was in this area again

I like the staff they were very helpful and friendly. Also the house keeping staff are very active. The suite was nicely equipped with all fascilities even the path room accessories was there. The price and the amenities are unbeatable, the staff made me feel like I'm amongst my greatest friends, uncompromising service and helpfulness, the location is great close to Rmaar,and Uskudar so in 5 min I'm on the boat to the blue mosque or grand bazaar, I'm really impressed i think you will be too
