BOF is our hotel of choice when staying in Istanbul and we keep coming back (2-3 years now).We have tried other hotels but always disappointed and we end up with BOF CEO. The staff is very professional, the food at the restaurant is really good. The pool and spa are wonderful.You can really rest well here. We love the spacious apartments, always clean and we have never had any issues with our multiple stays. This time they left the spa robes in the room which was improvement from our prior stays (when we had to ask for robes). Every day we get water and tea/coffee condiments, if we do not need cleaning at our apartment. They closed the 24 hour room service which is sad but not a deal breaker. You can order takeout from a food app after 10.30pm. Highly recommend Hotel BOF CEO. It feels like home, very comfortable and the close by grocery stores make it for a nice and convenient stay if you want to cook, or grab snacks. We love our stay every time and can’t not say enough how good care the staff is providing for their guests. Last but not least: the value is unmatchable. Thank You!!! Tanya and Adham

Farook deserves a pat on the back. His service is excellent. But most of the staff doesn’t know English. Air conditioning is centrally controlled. So we needed to call every single day to turn it on. Breakfast was good with a variety, but most of the time was served cold. Maybe hot dishes not turned on every day. There’s no toaster in the breakfast area. Room service is excellent but they charge you for ice cubes. Overall needs something improvements.

They offer a full kitchen but then charge a fee for dishes and cookware and refuse to provide a sharp knife of any kind for "safety reasons." They even charge a fee for ice. Plus, the staff take forever to complete even a simple request like sending someone to fix the AC and often must be asked multiple times. And there is no workspace. No desk, nothing that can be used as one like a table and chair. There is an eating space in the kitchen but no way to use a computer there because the chairs are high and have the smallest seats I've ever seen. It was a truly awful experience. Finally, there is a poor dog kept alone 24/7 in a tiny, poop-covered enclosure. See picture and note the cage looks a lot bigger there than it is. It's appalling.

This is our fifth stay at BOF CEO hotel. Me and my husband love it. It is super safe, quiet and the suites are really comfortable for extended stay The staff has always been helpful and any request has been granted. The breakfast is really great. One suggestion: the Chef and Management can work on revamping the menu in the restaurant. It has been the same and gets little boring. Besides that strongly recommend. It is great family venue and the value for the service is unmatchable. Thank you for hosting us!!!

50% extra charged before check in for same room.

They added 122 pounds extra to our cost with same room. We booked a family suite with a double bed and two sofa beds for two little kids 8& 9 respectively. Paid in full via hotels.com. At the time of check in they told their system shows booked for two adults not kids. Room will be same but to let two kids in ,they charged 122 pounds extra which was almost 50% extra of booking deal. Very frustrating , not makes sense. Thought we would save via hotel.com but we ended in paying higher than any other hotels.

Genel olarak temizdi. Personelleri ilgiliydi. Otopark için üç katlı bir otoparkı olmasına rağmen akşam geç saatlerde kapasitenin dolduğunu görmüştük. Odalar da eşyalar da kullanışlıydı. Yalnızca saç kurutma makinesi biraz fazla güçlü, daha sakin bi kurutma tercih edenlerin dikkat etmesi gerekebilir. Bir de çift kişilik yatak maalesef iki adet yan yana getirilmiş tek kişilik birer yataktı bu yüzden birleştirildikleri nokta uyurken fazla rahat olamamıştı. İleri zamanlarda yapacağım konaklamalarda yine tercih edeceğim.

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten große Zimmer. Leider gab es für die dritte Person nur ein Schlafsofa, das zudem zunächst nicht bezogen war. Erst nach einem Anruf wurde es für uns bezogen, was eine unangenehme Situation schuf, da jemand Fremdes im Raum schlafen musste. Wenn wir für drei Personen gebucht haben, hätte dies im Vorfeld erledigt werden können. Die Lobby ist schön, jedoch war die Dame am Empfang eher unkompetent und wenig hilfsbereit. Beim Check-out wurde uns auch nicht angeboten, das Gepäck ins Fahrzeug zu laden, was in einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet werden könnte. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt, mit einer Küche, einem Wohnbereich, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer. Leider war der Toilettendeckel stark vergilbt und wirklich unangenehm. Dies sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Zudem gab es an mehreren Stellen Gebrauchsspuren, die den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigten.

3 nights at Bof Ceo Suites Atasehir

My stay went well on the whole, but it wasn't perfect. One light was left on in the room because of a wardrobe that doesn't close, impossible to turn off this light. A lady at reception took my credit card and wrote down all the details of my card, including the cryptogram on the back of the card, which is not at all acceptable! I told her not to, but she did it anyway. What happens if this information falls into the wrong hands?
