Perfect location to explore Kadikoy and Moda. Close to transportation links with Metro and ferry terminal a short 5mins walk. I would highly recommend and I hope to return in the future.

We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Moda! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When my husband accidentally left his phone in the taxi, the staff acted very quickly, contacted the driver, and helped us get the phone back. We really appreciated their kindness and quick response! The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and the area felt very safe. The metro was only about a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop around 10 minutes, and there were plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby. Our only suggestion would be to add a breakfast buffet option. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was best. We were family of nine including 06 children. with its location and proximity to sea, it was Undoubtedly a best hotel for stay, All amenities, breakfast cleanliness were best. Staff was amazing, especially Mr. muhammad at reception, our flight was in evening, and checkout was at 12, grace time uptom 3pm was really a breather. Thank you

The location is unique, the staff is all kind and polite, the rooms are clean, except that there is no one at the breakfast area to give you tea and coffee or clean the tables, and there are tiny flies all over the vegetables. I think the breakfast area has obvious flaws, and there are no toothbrushes, ear buds, soap, etc. in the rooms, and in this hotel, they park the passengers' cars on the street, not in the parking lot, but they charge you for parking.

The staff was friendly and professionally we had an issue with the thermostat and they had maintenance there to help us within 5 minutes. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views. If I go back to Istanbul, I will stay there again.

Disappointing Stay – Great Staff, Poor Hotel Standards Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The only genuinely positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. However, the hotel itself fell well below my expectations. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. The bathtub drainage system was also very poor, with water draining frustratingly slowly. Additionally, the hotel offered very little in terms of complimentary amenities, thoughtful touches, or additional services that would make guests feel welcome and valued. For a hotel operating under an internationally recognized brand, I expected significantly better comfort, facilities, and overall hospitality standards. While I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the staff, their professionalism alone cannot compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. Overall, disappointing value for money, and unfortunately, not a hotel I would choose to stay at again.
