Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé deux nuits avec toutes les composites. La laveuse était très fonctionnelle. Le quartier est bien placé mais situé en zone de pente un peu exigeant en pleine chaleur. On reviendrait sans hésiter.

Wonderful stay in Istanbul.

We had a great stay at Feyza Apart. We were only booked for 3 days and decided we liked it so much and want to explore more so we booked another 5 nights extra at Feyza Apart. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight was cancelled and we eventually arrived at around 23:30. We were met with a smile and even assisted to order take aways. When it was time to leave we again had to depart at 23:30. Again we were sent off with smiles and assistance when our airport transfer arrived. Excellent service and very good value for money. Close to most major attractions. Highly recommended.

So so, very near to fruits stall!

The apartment room was a bit small compared to the photos. They provide airport transfer but the price is not updated in this website. Email response is quite fast. Got the room at the first floor and the windows is at the same level of the road outside. Passerby can see you in the room so you have to turn on the curtain to get privacy. There is a washing machine in the room and that’s good for enough for me.

l’établissement propose dans le site de recherche un appart équipé avec cuisine, en arrivant a l’hôtel on passe une seule nuit et après en change pour un autre sans cuisine, plus la coupure de l'eau chaude toute la nuit, le responsable de l’établissement a demandé 70 euro en plus pourtant le payement était fait en totalité donc c'est de l'arnaque et de la pub mensongère. tres mauvaise aventure dans cet hôtel.

Comfortable Apartment with reasonable price

Nice hotel located in sultan-ahmed area, 6 minutes away from Tram (Metro) and 10 minutes walk to Blue mosque. But there is a bit steep street. Facilities there is useful. There is washer/dryer machine with kitchen. Living room with sofa-bed and flat screen tv.

Goed: Een redelijk nette appartement. Ligt centraal. Personeel goed en vriendelijk. Kosten appartement redelijk. Minder goed: Oogt op de plaatjes groter dan het werkelijk is. Enorme steile straat die je over moet voordat je op de hoofdstraat bent. Weinig bestek, borden, bakjes, etc aanwezig. In de avond veel herie.

Ercon is really helpful and nice. The lady who is cleaning the rooms is always smiling and clean. The building is old but inside the apartments is renovated. The only issue is that it is located down the hill and takes you 7-10 minutes to get to tram station but overally it is worth for the price.

Наличие двух комнат

В отеле останавливались в июне 2014 г. Номер был без кухни. В номере гостиная (большое окно, вид на улочку), спальня (окно для вида, выходит в шахту), большой коридор с большим зеркалом и душевая. Везде чисто. Иногда был неприятный запах, наверное, из шахты, но не критично. В гостиной раскладной удобный диван, односпальная кровать или второй диван, журнальный столик, стулья, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, чай, сахар, столовые приборы, кондиционер. В спальне удобная двуспальная кровать, вместительный шкаф, вентилятор, розетка не работала. Душевая просторная и чистая с хорошим ремонтом, горячая вода была всегда. Есть терасса с видом на море (утром заваривала сама кофе и выходила на терассу). Улочка, на которой расположен отель, и район вокруг никакие, совершенно не респектабельные, дома старые и маленькие. Плюс - отсутствие толпы туристов. Недалеко по улице Кадирга продуктовые магазины, фрукты, столовая (брать по половине порции), парикмахерская (понравилась вторая направо, стрижка и укладка 20 лир). Между двумя продуктовыми магазинами прекрасный магазинчик с булочками, хлебом и вкуснейшей пахлавой 17-20 лир за 1 кг, очень рекомендую фисташковую (на главной улице и на рынке пахлава 35-45 лир). До главной улицы и трамвая недалеко, но часть дороги идет очень круто в горку. Привыкнуть можно. Достопримечательности близко. Были втроем с ребенком, поэтому важно было начиличе двух комнат.

Хочу сказать большое спасибо персоналу отеля! Бронировала номер для мамы с сыном, в итоге они в Стамбул приехали поздно и не смогли доехать до этого отеля. не повторяйте нашей ошибки, берите всегда распечатку на местном языке, так как у таксистов проблемы с пониманием английского и в туристических местах, коим является центральный автовокзал, они очень торопят. В итоге заехали только на следующий день. Были приятно удивлены, что отель не взял денег за первую ночь, хотя, конечно же, могли это сделать. Просто поступили по-человечьи.) Месторасположение неплохое, все близко, удобно, в номере все необходимое есть. А так как моих родных хорошо встретили, то и все остальное прошло гладко! еще раз спасибо персоналу! в следующий раз тоже сюда.

좋았던 점은, 1. 깨끗합니다. 2. 와이파이 잘 잡히구요. 불편했던 점은, 1. 45도 쯤 되는 언덕에 있어서 대중교통 이용하러 나갈 때 등산하는 기분으로 15분쯤 걸어야 합니다. 2. 3일 숙박하는 동안 정전 2번 발생했습니다. 전기가 나가니 밤새 비상벨 울리는 건 물론이고, 와이파이 당연히 안되고, 휴대폰, 카메라, 노트북 모두 충전 못하는 사태가 발생하더군요. 난방은 물론 안되구요, 더운물도 안나올 뿐만 아니라 취사도 당연히 못합니다. 참고로 리셉션 직원은 이스탄불 전기 사정이 좋지 않다고 하는데, 나가서 확인해 보니 이 아파트만 전기가 나갔더군요. 이스탄불은 매력이 많고 볼 것도 많은 도시였는데요, 트램역과 가까운 곳이라면 탁심이나 술탄 아흐멧이 아니라도 관광하시는 데 지장이 없으니까 다른 곳을 알아보시는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.

Great location in Sultanahmet!

The apartment was very convenient to the "old city" section of Istanbul. It's within 15 minutes of all of the major sites on a quiet side street. It is definitely an apartment vs. a hotel, but it was perfect for what we needed.
