The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and they took the time to carefully explain sightseeing highlights and important things to keep in mind. After I arrived at the hotel, they kindly guided me to a recommended restaurant nearby, which turned out to be a lovely choice. They also showed me a great nearby spot to enjoy the night view. The location is excellent—major attractions such as Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia are just steps away. This made sightseeing very efficient and convenient. While there were a few facility-related issues, such as some noise from the hallway and hot water stopping temporarily, the overall experience more than made up for them. The staff consistently checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable, which I truly appreciated.

Very nice hotel; room was beautiful and comfortable. There was a lot of noise outside in the early morning. One of my windows would not stay shut for some reason so fixing that might resolve the situation. The hotel is walking distance to shops, food, and major tourist attractions.

The location is absolutely amazing, it's basically right behind the Hagia Sophia, the walk takes about 3-5 mins. It's beautiful to be able to just hangout around the two iconic mosques at any given time especially with low crowds at certain times. The concierge, Ali, was extremely friendly, helpful and you can ask him for any guidance.

I have stayed here multiple times and I absolutely recommend this place for you and your family. The staff here are the most hospitable and sweetest people you will meet that will go out of their way to make you feel at home and help you whenever you need. This is a family run hotel and the owners and staff are absolutely wonderful to interact with. Amine checked us in and we felt right at home. Paro and Ali were always available to assist and share recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to Topkapi, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque along plenty of restaurants. We were really happy with our stay and look forward to returning again

Arrived past midnight and they were able to arrange an airport transfer to the hotel to take the hassle put of arriving at that hour. 24/7 front desk who is always willing to help you and make a plan for the day. The boys at the front desk were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations as well as recommendations for things to do in Istanbul. They upgraded our room to the family suite which was awesome. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Hagia Sophia and so many attractions as well as the tram. Really enjoyed our stay here and recommend the property!

Best stay location at sultan Ahmed

Stay was safe and comfortable. The staff hospitality was excellent, taking extra efforts to ensure all are needs were taken care. Hotel is at prime location, with less than 5 min walk to hagia Sofia and many eateries around. Rooms were clean and spacious. They also had their sweet shop which offered us discounts, for take aways.

Excelent Hotel and service with a good price

The hotel is in a great location. Next to the walls of Topkapi palace. You can walk to Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet in 2 minutes. We called 5 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. Mr. Emin met us on the road. He arranged parking for us. The whole team was very professional and helpful. They offered us coffee at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Our room had a sea view. And the price was very reasonable. It was a great experience.
