Perfect Location

The best part of my stay was the hotel staff, in particular Gökhan. Warm and friendly they made me feel like I was “coming home” when I go back to the hotel. Excellent location.

Pros: easy check-in and friendly front desk fellow who spoke English, working AC with remote, warm comforter and pillows, linens were changed every two days, free slippers (unfortunately I felt I needed them because of the bugs), location (close to Istiklal) but still surprisingly quiet. Cons: wifi stopped working, some bugs both big and small, stains in shower and on bathroom cabinet, no hand towel, stains on towels and bath mats, water didn’t stay hot, room smelled musty, fridge didn’t work and smelled, no safe, and the room was so small that the wardrobe couldn’t open, the door hit the bed. I appreciated getting to stay somewhere for cheap on short notice but if you have other options I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Christmas break

Hotel itself was ok and nicely situated near Taksim Square. Staff were friendly, and even though we got up late most days the staff always cleaned room once we asked. Room was small but was cosy. Wifi didnt work. Biggest issue we had was lack of sleep due to the many clubs around from which you could hear loud music until around 4am every morning. Then you could hear the clean up truck cleaning the streets.. Big problem for many hotels of this stretch.

J’ai réservé trois nuitées. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé la chambre d’hôtel sale, les draps étaient tachés et l’eau était coupée. Le personnel à la réception parle d’une manière très désagréable, comme si on venait leur demander un service. J’y ai passé seulement une nuit et je suis partie le lendemain, en renonçant aux deux autres nuitées.

Siisti luotettava Hotelli Taksimin ytimessä.

Vanhan asiakas suhteen myötä luotettava Hotelli.Siisteys hyvä.Halpa hinta,mutta silti kaikki tarvittava löytyy.Esim ilmastointi ja jääkaappi.Kiva aamiainen.Erittäin miellyttävä henkilökunta.Olen majaillut tässä Hotellissa monta kertaa.

Wir waren eine Familie und haben da 6 Nächte verbracht. Zustand und Einrichtungen der Unterkunft waren ganz ok, gute Internetverbindung aber leider die Sauberkeit war schlecht (Bettwäsche und Badezimmer waren schmutzig) und unfreundliche Personal. Umgebung der Unterkunft war richtig laut. Persönlich werde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Motel ist das schlimmste was in mein leben gesehen habe bilder und realität passen nie zusammen schrecklich ..das motel ist sehr reperatur bedürftig sehr central aber das ist lange keine entschuldigung ,sanitären sachen kaputt defekt .handtuch halter tualetten papier halter hängt ab mit dübelln dusch anlage ebenso tägliches sauvermachen gibts nicht weder im zimmer badeschuhe sonstiges was in expedia steht simmt niht zb.zimmer mit balkon wird angeboten verkauft vor ort sagen sie gibt kein balkon sondern niesche mehr nicht das ist betrug ..irre führend jeder hostel ist besser als so eine absteige nie zu empfehlen schade fürs geld...mitarbeiter unfähig unfreundlich können nicht mal kritik annehmen weder englisch noch deutsch noch türkisch können sie reden sind aus kasachsten reden russisch rate keden ab expedia mitarbeiter konnte nicht viel helfen schade kunde ist nicht könig sondern hotelier schade

Mon séjour a été convenable. Le plus c'est la chambre faite chaque jour. Merci au personnel. Petit-déjeuner correcteur sauf les 2 derniers jours ou il n'y avait pas de confiture, miel, beurre, etc.... Personnel sympa et gentil. Merci a eux.

Der Zustand des Hotels war schlecht und nicht bereit, Gäste zu empfangen, und ich konnte nicht einmal dort bleiben, und es gab keine Tür zum Tor. Ich blieb bis zum Abend mit den Taschen auf der Straße, bis ich ein alternatives Hotel fand.
