It's pretty clean and safe. Quite and close to food shopping area. Police station is next building. I do not like laundry service. It's very expensive. There's a laundry place not too far which was very cheap compare to the hotel.

Wonderful Holiday Inn !

It was my first time in Istanbul with my daughter and I stayed 13 nights in Holiday Inn Istanbul Old City. I have booked it from Bangladesh and found the overall service very good except one thing no A/C was running because heating was going on. Some nights it was very hot, I opened the window even could not sleep. I talked to the reception several times and asked them for A/C but it didn’t work out. Second issue was internet not available all the times. But cleanliness and location was excellent.

It was worse experience ever. They had very bad attitude the lady in the breakfast restaurant so rude. The reception guys don’t want to listen and discuss anything. All over it was bad experience . I choose the hotel, because part off IHG group but looks like owned by reception employees.

I stayed in this hotel many times, everytime i come to istanbul i stay here but this time was terrible. They kept charging us for stuff we never used. They threatened my guest with calling the police. They locked my key card so i cannot access my room which had all my clothes, money and passport. They repeatedly would send someone to our room to bother us. The staff is disgustinly rude and has terrible service. I will never be sgaying here again and i will recommend everyone i know ñ not to stay here.

Es war so schlecht. 5-Sterne von wegen. Zimmer dreckig. Frühstück war mittelmässig aber nie mals auf dem Standard von einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Man musste 2x täglich die Zimmerkarte aufladen, damit man ins Zimmer kam. Abends wurden wir vom Pool vertrieben, weil wir nichts bestellt haben. Wirklich gar nicht zu empfehlen.

Havuzun orada bi oda vardı çok boya kokusu geliyordu içeride boya işlemi vardı galiba fıs fıs onun sesleri ve yerde hamam böceği geziyordu havuzun da 10 dk yüzebildik çok küçük havuzu var , odaya giriş kartları sürekli bozuluyor sürekli resepsiyondan yeniletmem gerekti 2 kere gittim kart değişimi için değiştirdiler sağolsunlar ama sistemleri eski hizmet yok çalışanlar iyi niyetli odaya pizza siparişi verdim ala turka isminde üstünde sucuk olan malzeme çok dandikti parasını haketmiyor pizza ve bir kutu pizzaya 847 ₺ ödedim parasına acıdım çünkü haketmedi ilk defa bir otel için bunları yazıyorum bir daha asla gitmeyeceğim yerlerden biri diyebilirim nişanlımla hiç memnun kalmadık
