Staff were friendly and helpful in resolving a room issue which was dealt with promptly and without inconvenience or fuss. There was a good breakfast selection and we found the hotel location excellent for the old town tourist attractions. The only minor negative was the late night noise from surrounding bars but this is unavoidable in such a central location and was not overall too detrimental to our stay.

Great location and friendly manager Emre

The location of the hotel was great, right near the metro and about a 7 min walk to the tram (there is a small upward incline). Emre was a great manager - always greeted you and had a smile on his face, the other two managers weren't as friendly and there was a language barrier with the man who brought the suitcases upstairs. Breakfast options were good and varied almost everyday. It would be better if the cleaning lady changed the sheets more often as we stayed for 8 nights and it was only changed twice and we had to ask for more toilet tissue twice as she hadn't topped it up but she was also nice.

This is a nice hotel with friendly/helpful staff however the infrastructure is getting a bit tired. A lot could/should be improved if the staff cleaning the rooms linked better to management/maintenance. How can a bed which is missing legs and rocks like a dingy be made up twice and know-one reports this problem? Likewise how can you clean a shower and fail to notice (and report) that the shower head holder is missing? The front desk staff tried to help but moving rooms twice in one week was not ideal The other real issue is that both the outside pool and roof seating area were closed for the duration of our stay - If a significant facility like a pool/roof terrace is closed please amend your entry online so customers are aware. More attention to detail and effort to identify faults and get them fixed!

The staff were always friendly and super helpful. Location was good for touring the old town and shopping areas. Plenty of restatement nearby too. Loved being allure to hop on the metro around the corner to go anywhere. No hesitation in recommending this for your stay.

Hotel is in a good location within distance of major attractions. Buffet breakfast had many choices, which was great. The male staff members were very accommodating. The female staff member in the morning is stoic. The room is a bit outdated and the beds are stiff.

Hotel needs upgrade. Rooms are very old and outdated, carpet is dirty and stained. large selection of breakfast menu but taste is very average. I was disappointed with suhur plate during Ramadan, only a few slices of cheese and bread. However, staff are friendly and helpful. Very good location. close to shopping and metro.

While the staff were exceptional, our stay was disappointing. The AC did not work, wifi was only accessible from reception, the roof top pool was closed for maintenance, and our room leaked from a vent in the ceiling. We were disappointed after three weeks of fantastic hotels to conclude our vacation this way.

Had to book this a short notice as first Hotel was truely dreadful. However inital relief was short lived as breakfast had no gluten free or vegan options at all. I am celioac it was a shame not even a good range of fresh fruit. Which mean I just could eat was an undercooked fried egg and some sliced grapefruit, lack of english meant that the eggs were always undercooked with 2 yokes so really horrible. Wide selection if you have no diet issues though. No decaff coffee or tea either. Had 2 rooms one view onto street facing TK max clothes shops played music till 11pm garden side was better but double bed in that was rock solid. The pool was tiny and cold really just a splash pool and quite grubby, we both got covid during our stay, most of the staff were coughing a lot across the hotel, and you couldn't buy covid tests which prob added to the issues. The towels in the spa used to lie on smelled unclean in the massage room. The rooms were well cleaned each day.The paid resturant couldn't have been more unhelpful, the only option was avocardo salad with the smallest amount in it, def not a main meal at all. The location was ok for the tube 2 stops to what turned out to be the much better side of the city for tourists, far more to see and do, across the river far more interesting to walk around. This hotel was handy for trams to major sites in the old town and the bazzar though. It felt safe enough the area was ok at lot of smaller hotels but would not rush back.
