Always reliable!

This has been a go-to hotel for me for at least a decade. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is great for sightseeing and access to public transit, and the street is quieter than most in this neighborhood.

The hotel was perfect for me and my girlfriend. The hotel staffs were very welcoming and helpful. They helped us out with getting the taxi booked to the airport and the taxi arrived on time and no issues at all. We enjoyed the breakfasts in the hotel. It is the perfect location to several sights and public transportation. There are also loads of restaurants and shops in the area.

My go-to Istanbul hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect for access to the old city and transportation. The street is quiet and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are modest, but clean and comfortable. Price point is excellent. I've been staying here for 10 years and never regret my choice!

I had a great time at Hotellino hotel. They have very good service. The staff are so friendly and nice people, it was my birthday they surprised me by bringing a cake, It was really a nice thing from them, I appreciate it. Also they have a delicious breakfast. The cleaning service is wonderful. Overall my family and I loved this hotel. Recommended.

Perfect 👌 Hotel, Staff and Location

We absolutely loved our stay here. I stayed with my two daughters. Staff were brilliant. We met and received help / guidance from at least 3 members of staff. And all were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Unusual for English people I’d say. But delicious and different. Location was perfect. On a quieter street but a stones throw from many restaurants and shops. And a very short walk to Tram and transport hub. A short stroll to the beautiful park and many main attractions. Perfect stay for us. Thank you so very much xx

Due to storm damage I unexpectedly stayed at Hotellino's nearby sister property, Sirkeci Mansion. So I can't say much about Hotellino, though they kindly gave me useful public transportation directions from Istanbul's SAW airport. The room at Sirkeci Mansion was clean and very nice, with many English-language channels (unusual in Turkiye, in my experience). The hotel has a hammam and spa and offers activities such as cooking classes and food tours.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Istanbul. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Und obwohl es mitten in einem belebten Viertel liegt, ist das Hotel sehr ruhig und eine kleine Oase mitten in der temperamentvollen Stadt. Die Lage des Hotels insgesamt ist optimal - sowohl der Eingang zum Gülhane Park als auch die Hagia Sophia und der Bosporus sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is advertised as a 4-star, but I would say it is at best a good 3-star by European standards. Somewhat dated, with water stain in ceiling of my room. Great individual AC. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Breakfast options are limited, but some variation from day to day. In general very clean, except plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast, which all had remains from previous meals. Apparently just a quick wash in bar sink.

Hotellino was a lovely place to stay. It’s a short hop over to Sirkeci train station and the tram line, making it super easy to get around Istanbul. The properly itself was quite dated, and could use some renovations although it was perfectly fine for a few nights in the city. The rooms were on the smaller side. The breakfast was very simple, and delicious. Only shower gel and shampoo were provided, bring all other toiletries. There is a resident cat named Sofia who was super cute.

Hotellino absolutely perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and super helpful with any questions you may have. The breakfast is simple and tasty. The rooms are also very clean. And most importantly, the location is top-tier. It is centralized and close to absolutely everything. I loved my stay here!
