I stayed with my family for 1 week from 4/2 to 4/9. I have to say that for the first two days we had a little rough time. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. I complained and I was ready to leave the hotel, but the hotel staff worked it out and upgraded us to a much nicer room on the other side of the building where I was not able to hear the construction. Also, they saw on my ID that was my B-day and treated me with a delicious small cake. That was a very nice gesture from them.
The hotel is in a very convenient area, at walking distance to many of the city's attractions, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.
In general, we had a nice stay, and I would recommend Levni Hotel and Spa.
