The attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor is impeccable, reflecting a perfect blend of opulence and modern aesthetics. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff's professionalism and warmth immediately made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the level of service remained consistently exceptional. The staff's commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests was evident in every interaction. My room at Maserat Palace was nothing short of a sanctuary. Everything is perfect, room is and clean, the staff was really helpful and friendly, especially the reception girl was really friendly and helpful. The most important thing that I like was even I checked out, I still can left my luggage here for a few hours, that was very helpful.

We stayed here 4 nights. Location is excellent with walking distance to all major sites of interest. Rooms are well equipped and a good breakfast was included with our stay. Our young lady at reception was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to book tours or look up information. One of the best receptionists we have ever had on our many trips. Also this hotel arranged pickup and transfers to/from the airport. Excellent hotel. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is charming, reflecting its early construction, and is similar to a grand hotel, with high ceilings, wide staircases and a quaint elevator. What makes it stands out is the friendly and efficient staff, who go out of their way to make a pleasant stay for you. I definitely recommendd this hotel.

Staying here was amazing! The workers were so nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are antique and beautiful. We got a room with a porch that overlooked a lot of Istanbul which was also beautiful.

We booked for 1 night what it was supposed to be the best room of the hotel and went there. The staff was really helpful in assisting us to find a car parking but with no success. Went in the room and did check out within 10 minutes. As we enter the room we saw the old moquette that needs to be removed ASAP from the room. Went in the toilet and saw that the WC was not appropriately cleaned. DISGUSTING. On the sink we found hairs and again DISGUSTING. Advice: Don't make not refundable booking. Check before

Great concierge service. No iron available in room but they will take your clothes for ironing service. Room service always available. Very clean, amazing staff, all very helpful, for 20€ you can get breakfast brought to your room if you don’t want to go down for buffet. Close to Egyptian bazar and many restaurants.

The hotel is a new property with very comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly service. It's quite close to the main Istanbul international airport and far nicer than similarly located hotels in other major cities (I am thinking of Paris, NYC, Los Angeles, etc). It only serves breakfast, but they helped us order good delivery Turkish food, then served it to us in the dining room on proper plates. Traveling as a family, we were pleased to have a choice between a double with 2 twins or 4 twins in the same room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom well-appointed (better quality than the much more expensive resort we'd just stayed at in Bodrum). If you have an early flight or long layover, THIS is where you want to stay. We're fans!

Everything was perfect - we absolutely liked it
Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The people, the location, the cleanliness, the design, breakfast etc. - everything was great. Staff were always so helpful and friendly. It close to Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet district, Grand Bazaa and other important attractions, also to Hafiz Mustafa restaurant which is in 5 mins walk.

The hotel is a good value, well-positioned in the historic district, and the room was excellent, quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed, particularly the nice bathroom. Our room housekeeping was lackluster (they forgot quite a bit) but the front desk and breakfast staff were truly over-the-top courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
