I booked this hotel based on a very positive experience I had in November 2025. At that time, the property was relatively new, well maintained, and everything was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely different. It seems that maintenance issues are not being addressed promptly, and the overall standard of cleanliness was below expectations. It is still a very nice property with a lot of potential, but it clearly needs more attention from the owners and management, particularly when it comes to maintenance and housekeeping. With better care and consistency, it could easily return to the standard I experienced during my previous stay.
