It’s a well-maintained property with great views of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I would stay again.

En arrivant à l’hôtel la 2ème nuit, j’ai remarqué que la porte de ma chambre était ouverte du a un problème de serrure qui ne s’est jamais résout par la suite. Le responsable qui devait nous faire un geste ne l’a pas fait, ce ne sont pas des personnes de parole.

Best hotel ever

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s in an amazing location everything is nearby. There’s a strip mall not even a 2 min drive from there filled with amazing restaurants of all kinds. The blue mosque is 10 mins away, grand bazaar is 12 mins away airport is about 35-40 mins. Beautiful rooms. Very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite and anything you need is brought to you very fast! We’re a family of 4. Toddler and baby my toddler had his own twin bed and they brought my baby a crib. We all slept comfortably and the kids were happy. A win win for all!

Certes, l'ensemble du personnel est accueillant et disponible, l'hôtel est propre mais de gros problèmes techniques nous ayant contraint de changer de chambre sur proposition du responsable de l'hôtel pour une chambrd plus grande avec vue sur la mer depuis le 13ème étage, que je remercie mais malheureusement le problème n'a pas été réglé, bien au contraire....!!!!! La climatisation ne fait que produire de la chaleur au lieu du froid et fait un bruit insupportable, obligeant à l'arrêter ( 2 chambres, même problème ). Odeur insupportable dans les toilettes et pour finir une carte de choix de plats au restaurant de l'hôtel très très limitée nous obligeant àdéjeunerou dîneràl'extérieur. Vraiment dommage....!!!

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Balkonlu odaların hepsi birleşik. Balkondan diğer tüm odalara geçilebiliyor. Yarım yamalak bir koruma var ama aralıktan rahatlıkla bir insan geçebilir. Otel genel olarak çok pis ve dağınık görünüyor. Personel laubali hiç bir resmiyet yok. Oda servisini arayıp İçecek sipariş ettik. Tam 3 katı fiyatını talep ettiler. Meğer otel personeli marketten sipariş edip bize 3 katı fiyatına satmış.

Genel olarak memnun kaldığımız bir otel 3 günlük bir konaklamamız oldu. Güzel şık bir otel, rezervasyonumuz da 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk için oda almıştık. Bir çocuk için ilave yatak konulacaktı bir kaç defa hatırlatmamıza rağmen ilave yatak konulmadı. Onun dışında genel olarak beğendiğimiz bir otel oldu. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind so dermassen unfreundlich. Es wird nicht mal begrüsst. Nach dem Check in hat es Ihn nichmal interessiert wie wir ins zimmer kommen. Wir haben für 1 woche bezhalt. Es gibt für 15 Etagen nur ein Lift! Mann wartet min jedesmal 20 min. Es was so dermaßen schrecklich das wir nach 2 Tagen abgereist sind. Uns war es egal ob wir noch bezhalte Tage haben. Ich weiss nicht wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat. Es benimmt sich als wäre es ein Hostel!
