This hotel may is old but it doesn't have anything lacking. the manager Mr Erdal Gunduz, was very very helpful and resourceful. He has high personal standard. He will go out of the way to help youEnjoy your stay in Istanbul. And best of all, no extra charges;)

Hotels.com'daki yüksek puanına bakarak rezervasyon yaptım ancak ne kadar gürültülü ve yakışıksız bir konumda olduğundan pek bahseden olmamış. Taksi ya da araçla otelin önüne kadar gidemiyorsunuz, 80m de olsa gecenin bir yarısı bavulu taksiye kadar itelemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Otelin çağırdığı taksi de fazlasıyla sigara kokulu. Temizlik ve hijyen ancak kabul edilebilir seviyede olsa da bir daha kolaylıkla rezervasyon yapmayacağım bir otel.

일단 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 또 가격이 저렴합니다. 터키항공의 어이없는 짓에 늦은 새벽시간에 공항을 헤매다가 대안으로 찾은 호텔입니다. 새벽인데도 환대해줬고, 잘 준비되어 있었습니다 하루 낮시간 짐도 잘보관해줬고요. 특급호텔은 아니지만, 그 가격에 그 시간에는 최고입니다.

Konum olarak çok iyi ancak altında disko ve etrafında türkü barlar olduğu için fazla gürültü oluyor. Perdeler ışık geçirdiği ilk alt kattaki odalarda gece içerisi ışık doluyor. Standart odaların yatakları çok küçük ve yatak rahatsız. Kahvaltı idare eder bazı ürünler pek taze değildi. Personel genel olarak her konuğa orta doğulu muamelesi yapiyor türkçe konuşmanız da fayda etmeyebiliyor:) Fiyatını uygun yakalarsanız 1 gecelik konaklamalar için tercih edilebilir.

Hotel was exactly what I expected and what is acceptable for the price paid. One thing I particularly liked is that it is definitely non smoking room I booked. I stayed at other, more expensive hotels on Taksim, and had big issues with cigarette smoke and noise coming from other rooms, even though they claimed rooms were non-smoking. It seems that some guests do not respect house rules at those hotels, and hotel staff wasn’t doing anything to stop that behaviour. Therefore, I was really pleasantly surprised at the air quality at this hotel, and the soundproofing in the rooms. There was noise coming from outside, as I booked a room with the street view, but that didn’t bother me at all, as I knew that will be the case when staying in the heart of İstiklal, street that never sleeps :) I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and was quite pleased with my choice this time. Hotel is right on İstiklal, everything is near by, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe, and comfortable to stay out late.

Never again!

Obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht haben, wurden wir in ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebracht. Nach der Beschwerde bekamen wir letztendlich ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Leider wieder enttäuschend, denn das Balkon war abgesperrt. Als wir dies auch an der Rezeption angesprochen haben wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Vorgänger Kinder hatten und sie deshalb die Türe versperrt haben. Der Mitarbeiter hat nach einem Schlüssel gesucht (stundenlang) als wir das Hotel verlassen haben und nachts wieder kamen, hab es eine andere Besetzung. Wir haben wieder nach dem Schlüssel gefragt und bekamen als Antwort: da das Balkon mit den anderen Zimmern verbunden ist können wir die Balkontüre nicht öffnen. Als wir uns darüber aufgeregt haben hab es nur ein Schulternzucken... das Balkon war auch sehr dreckig und man konnte auch sehen, dass es seit längerem nicht geputzt wurde.. in den Toiletten gab es noch Haare vom Vorgänger, Fingerabdrücke auf der Toilettenspülung und gerissene Bettwäsche. Es war auch sehr laut man muss wirklich müde sein, damit man bei so einem Lärm einschlafen kann...

The best hotel in town

Un des meilleurs voyages. Un hôtel vraiment excellent sur tous les plans. Très propre, très beau. Dans une petite rue très calme sur la rue principale qui elle est très animée! Tout est super facile d’accès. The best hotel! J’y retournerai très bientôt. Les personnes y travaillant sont très gentils, toujours prêts à nous aider et nous renseigner (Mohamed and Ufuk are really really nice). Une super experience! Je vous le recommande.
