During my recent one-night stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Pera, I found the room to be clean and comfortable. However, the welcoming experience was disappointing. The receptionist was preoccupied with another customer and mistakenly gave them our passports, which required my intervention. On the positive side, the luggage assistance team was helpful and courteous.
The breakfast experience fell short of my expectations. The dining area lacked a view and had dirty tables, which was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. It turned out that only certain rooms offered a view of the golden horn, and this came at an additional cost.
During check-out, our arranged taxi didn't arrive on time. When we requested assistance from the receptionist, they initially quoted €120 for an alternative taxi. However, after expressing our concern, the price was suddenly reduced to €50 without explanation.
Overall, while the room was satisfactory, the reception and breakfast experience did not meet the standard I expected from a Radisson Blu hotel. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a more luxurious and seamless stay for future guests
