This is a wonderful sustainability focused resort with spartan rooms, great food and lovely staff. However the resort does not deserve 4-Star status as this translates to luxury universally.

The gardens /grounds are beautiful. However if cannot cater for peak season. The food was the same for breakfast every day and lunch was very similar (plus also resembled breakfast with a bit more meat). Dinner was a hybrid of a few new dishes and leftovers from breakfast and lunch. It was pretty bland. Frequently the cutlery and crockery was dirty, the waiters struggled to clean the tables between guests. The toilets were often dirty with urine on the floor, faeces on toilet seats and paper dispensers. 4 out of 5 family members developed gastroenteritis, another couple left after 3 days due to poor foot and diarrhoea and another family started eating out at local restaurants after developing gastroenteritis. The facilities for children are great. If you prefer a lively resort then this is probably for you. It is heaving in the summer holidays and I think struggling to meet the needs of its clients when the hotel is at capacity.

Otel odaları yenilenmeye ihtiyaç duysada hizmet kalitesi ve yemek çeşitliliği gibi konulardan memnun kaldık. Özellikle pideler harikaydı. Değirmen tarafındaki deniz çok temiz ve güzeldi. Otelde havuz başlarında, gündüz diskonun olduğu taraftaki plajda ve amfitiyatroda müzik sesi biraz daha kısılarak daha sessiz keyifli bir ortam olabilir.

Bir daha asla uğramam

Çok amatör başarısız bir otel. Yemekler kötü, 2. Gece dışarda yedik. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve lezzetsiz. Bir karmaşa var sürekli. Tuhaf kurallar var, bir tabağı bardağı bir yerden bir yere götürmek olay. Sürekli restauranttan çıkarıldık, temizlik var diye. Çocukla gittik, uyarmama rağmen odaya sürekli gürültü geldi. Çimlerde çocukla oynarken fiskiye çalıştırdılar. En tuhafı, çıkacağımız gün daha kahvaltı yaparken havlularımızı almışlar, banyo yapamadan çıktık. Heralde çalarız diye korktular! Kaldığım en sorunlu oteldi bugüne kadar.

Konaklamamız iyi geçti diyebilirim, tabiki artı ve eksik olarak gozlemlediğim çok şey oldu. Öncelikle konfor olarak iyi ama odalar verilen parayı hakediyormu bilemiyorum, duş hiç beğenmedim diyebilirim, yeme, içme seçenek çok fakat öğlen herşey bir yerde her defasında oraya yürümeniz lazım. Havuzlar çok iyi, hotel çok çevredostu ve yeşillikler içinde.

Dans l’ensemble le personnel de ménage est gentil et disponible par contre à la réception ils sont hautains parlent pas français et très mal l’anglais , à l’accueil du restaurant on m’a accueilli en me disant " ten minutes left before 9:00" genre il faut que je me dépêche et devant quitter l’hôtel à 4;00 du matin la veille du 17 au soir on m’a demandé de libérer la chambre à 2:00 sans savoir pourquoi mais bon , concernant les navettes fantômes de l’hôtel c’est une autre histoire mais on va s’en occuper

Deniz için mutlaka gidilmeli

Göze çarpan en iyi noktalar: Akvuryumda balıklarla yüzme deneyimi gibiydi, denizi harikaydı. Karşılamadan çıkışa kadar tüm çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlü, kocaman otelde butik otel sıcaklığı hissediliyor. Yemekler gerçekten lezzetli, butik otel lezetindeydi. Sadece tatlılar tatil köyü tadındaydı:) Aç kalma olasılığı yok, her yerde her dkka birşeyler var:) Havası çok temiz ve anladığım konum nedeni ile rüzgar olduğu için temmuz son haftasında çok bunalmadan tatil yaptık. Kötü bir yanı yok. Sadece odalar gelişime açık; duşta ve dolap yerlerinde perde olması çok eski ve temiz değil havası veriyor. Aile odasında kaldık, klima tek tarafta var. İki tarafta olsa daha iyi olur ama sadece 1 gece klimaya ihtiyaç duyduk, olmasa da çok sorun olmadı.

Gece golf arabasıyla odamıza götürülürken korktuk biraz oda uzakta mı ki diye. Ertesi gün her yerin aslında yürünebilir olduğunu görünce rahatladık. Misafirler ile ilişkileri çok iyi olan bir otel. Doğa ile iç içe oluşu güzel bir artı. Odalar da otantikti beğendik. Harika manzaralara sahip burası.

Otel konumu çok iyi. Parayla oluşturmakta zorlanılacak plaj alanlarını Otel yer yapısı sayesinde kendiliğinden oluşmuş. Deniz güzeldi. Tuzlu su havuzu bir artı eski bir otel olmasına karşı odalar temiz ve bence büyüktü. Covid sebebi ile animasyon istenildiği gibi uygulanamıyor var olan animasyonlar için emeklerine sağlık. Otel ile ilgili bulduğum en önemli eksik yemekleriydi yemekler gerçekten iyileştirilmeli hiç bir öğünden memnun kalamadım. Çok basit bir öneri Seferihisar da bir kaç köyden ev hanımı ile anlaşılıp maaş verilse yemekleri onlar yapsa çok daha güzel olacağına eminim. Sonuç: ben ve eşim için güzel bir tatildi

When i arrived at check in, i was not greated in a friendly manner. The English spoken at reception was not good and very broken English. I was not directed how to get my room. Even after asking multiple staff. It took 30 minutes to eventualy find my room, and that was carry my luggage as well. Most of the time i found the food to be bland, however some evening meals were good. Lunch was reptitive and boring. The resort did have various swimming pools and child entertainment. When checking out, i had to pay the receptionist 5 euro to call a taxi. She said this was the asministrative and translation fee. When the taxi arrived he did not know where he was going. I feel robbed by the asian lady at reception, whose name began with an A. Reception staff need a course in English for this place to be better and trained on customer service skills. I would not recommend this resort to British people.

Isini cok ciddiye alan bir otel

Kucuk bebekle 3 gece konakladik ve oteli cok begendik. Deniz suyu bebek havuzu ustunde golgelikli, yesil alanlar ve golge agac altlari, yemekler ve calisanlar en begendigimiz noktalar. Islerini cok ciddiye alan bir yonetim kontrolu hic birakmadilar. Calisanlar guler yuzlu ve saygiliydi. Tek problemimiz odadaki klimanin duzgun calismamasi, wifi in yavas olmasi ve dustaki sicak suyun gelmesinin zaman almasi oldu. Yemekleri ozellikle sahane, cesit olagan ustu guzel. Biz cok rahat ettik ve cok memnun kaldik.Dogal guzellikler icinde kurulmus konumu harika, ruzgari bol, yetismis agaclari nefis. Yapilarin 2 kati gecmemesi de cok sevimli.

Bi daha düşünün!

Otelin özel sahili yok. Olan ise tıklım tıklım bir halk plajı, üstelik hafta içi. Havuzlar full dolu ve gürültülü. Tatilden anladığınız sadece sürekli yemek yemekse, bu otel size göre. Odaya gelince 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk aldık, daracık oda içinde yürümek ve üst değiştirmek tam anlamıyla işkence oldu. O paralari hak etmiyor bu tesis. Yanda maya otelin denize girme yeri var ama çocuk ordan giremez. Tahtalarla kayaların üzerine platform yapmışlar, hesapta denize girilecek. Balerin değilseniz zor.

Otel konumu çok güzel ama tam kapasite doluyken hizmette aksamalar hissettim. Yoğunluk dışı zamanlarda daha güzel bir tatil geçirilebilir. İmkanlar yeterli, yüzme bilen için otelin kayalık bölgesindeki özel iskelesinden berrak suya girmek çok keyifliydi. Halka açık plajın yanındaki sahili gün içinde oldukça kalabalık. Saat 8-10 veya akşam 18-20 arası tercih etseniz sahilde daha çok keyif alırsınız.

Herşey dahil saat 23 de sona eriyor :) plajda otelden farklı bir işletme var her şey için ücret ödüyorsunuz. Hamam 12-15 Arası ücretsiz.Yemekler kötü ve içkiler berbat; traktör koymuşlar siteyi 20 dk da bir tur attırıyor deliler hastanesi gibi otel. En son sıcak çikolata içeyim ne kadar kötü olabilir diye aldım kusuyordum. İki gün konaklamayı planlıyorduk ilk günün akşamı otelden ayrıldık uyarılarımı yaptım hala gidiyorsunuz yapacak birşey yok. (Olumlu yorumlara sakın aldanmayın)

Tatil için herkes memnun kalır

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Güleryüzlü karşılama. Yemeklerin çeşitliliği. Evcil hayvan kabul etmeleri . Yemekhanenin bir kısmında da evcil hayvan kabul etmeleri .çevre temizlik ve bakımı özelliklerinden memnun kaldim .Tek negatif yönü evcil hayvandan da ilave ücret almaları.
