Artıları; genis bir bahçe, 3 acık havuz, denize sıfır, birkac kafe alanı. Eksileri; denizi kayalık, mobilyalar çok eski, odada minicik tv, yemekler cok kotu. Aksam yemeginde tavuk doner gibi ucuz urunler cikiyor. Kırmızı et hic yiyemedik. Kahvaltida 5 cesit poğaça gibi sadece hamur isi urunler. Gece icin artan yemekler veriliyor, karısık corba yapiliyor. Genel olarak Fransız oteli gibi, sanırım anlasmaları var. Animasyonlar fransızca, odaya broşür bırakıldı, ingilizce bile yazmiyordu. Bayram dönemi gitmemize rağmen duzgün bir eğlence yapılmadi.

The resort was wonderful! Lots of outdoor space and plenty of outdoor seating for all meals. My toddler had a great time in the pools, at the beach and on the playground. The food was excellent, very fresh and plentiful. Our room was large and in a quiet part of the hotel, as we requested. We will definitely be going back.

sehr freundliches Personal, mehrsprachig. Reichhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches Büffet, Sportmöglichkeiten (Minigolf, Tennis). Zentraler Standort, daher Möglichkeit für Ausflüge z.b. Ephesos, Izmir. Bis Mitte Oktober sehr warm, daher Schwimmen im Meer kein Problem. Waren schon zehnmal im Hotel.

Konfor : zayıf.

3 yıldır, her sene 2 kez gittiğimiz bir otel. Her zaman çok memnun kalarak ayrıldık ancak son tatilde denk gelen oda daha büyük ve ferah olmasına rağmen yatak çok rahatsızdı. Hiç bir şekilde uyuyamadık, ertesi gün sırt ağrıları çektim. Ayrıca banyoların temizliği yeterince iyi değildi, küvette kumlar vardı. Konfor konusunda yaşanan olumsuzluk dışında restoran ve güler yüzlü çalışanları her zamanki gibi çok iyiydi, teşekkürler. Yatakları lütfen değiştirin.

Ce club est très bien pour les adultes et les enfants le personnelle est a votre écoute ,les chambre sont propre la nourriture est répétitive au bout de 15 jours, mais il y a le chois, et je pense qu'a la maison c'est pareil; la piscine est propre et les animations son très bonne cette année, en mai 2019 , pour le 4 heure gaufres ,t beignets ,glace, peut de monde mais c'est très bien par rapport à juillet et août, possibilité de faire des voyages touristiques, ou de louer des véhicules.. Enfin pour conclure ,nous avons passer de très bonne vacances.

nourriture pas bonne, répétitive pas frais,toujours la même chose,viande de mauvaise qualité,pour le poisson c est toujours du maquereaux,pour un hôtel 5 étoiles avoir que 2 choix de repas pas normal,ils reconditionnent les bouteilles d eau qu' on a pas bu, jus d'orange pressé payant inadmissible pour un hotel 5 étoiles , pas de croissant des brioches dures,petit déjeuner toujours pareil,ma femme et mon fils sont tombés gravement malade (vomissements diarrhée fièvre tremblement )nous avons appris que nous étions pas seul à être tombé malade nous etions plus d une trentaine de personnes (adultes femmes enfants )tous les mêmes symptômes. les animations nulles plutôt aucunes,les animateurs ne proposaient rien pour eux ils étaient en vacances.le ménage dans les chambres vite fait mal fait pas de changement de drap il fallait réclamer toujours des serviettes,le ménage trop tôt le matin tous les jours vers 9h hôtel vraiment nul à fuir ne vaut pas un hôtel 5 étoiles plutôt 2 étoiles en conclusion la nourriture,l'animation et surtout l 'hygiène nul,déplorable ,hôtel à fuir ,pourrie.

Nice and clean Hotel, Beach is good, Food is not bad at all. Rooms are very clean, for 5* Hotel needs more professionally to be run on Breakfast time and dinner time . Hot tea and coffee you have to take it yourself but be careful because lots a kits running a round make sure you dont drop hot tea to the kits. All other 5* hotels professional waiters bring your Hot tea and coffees. in my opinion as you are serving a hot tea yourself and by accidently running kit hits you and littel kits burn who is fault is it? Yes this is very important. 2- in lobby before 10 am you can not have any turkish coffee or any hot drinks you have to wait till 10 am.3- If they have increase snack time this hotel will be very very good Hotel... Staff 10 Star, over all GOOD but it can be better

The worst food and drink I ever had.

Food is terrible. This is all inclusive hotel but we could not eat or drink. Drinks which are free are brands that never heard before. When you ask for a known brand of drink, they are asking for money. All my friends who eat at buffet had problems with stomach. I never go to this hotel again.

Very Nice Hotel with Lots of Amenities

My wife and I spent a little less than a week at this hotel and our experience couldn't be better. The pool, the beach and all the other amenities were clean and well maintained. The vast variety of food offered on all of the restaurants located at the premises were flat out delicious and we had hard time choosing what to eat. The staff was extremely courteous and they went over and beyond to accommodate our requests. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Club Yali again and we strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors of the area.

HAYALKIRIKLIĞI

Otele iki aile geldik; gecen yil da ayni aile ile gelmiştik ve bu ailenin 5. yılı bizim ise 2. yılımızdı bu otelde. Bu yıl bir daha gelmeme karari aldik. Genel olarak bir gevşeklik vardi, kalabalik oluşuna bağlayanlar oldu. Yiyecekler hayalkırıklığıydı. Animasyonlar tamamen yabancı turistlere özel (özellikle Fransiz) hazırlanmis ve ilkokul çocuğu seviyesinde... Geçen yil büyük keyif aldıgımız Canlı Müzik kaldirılmış... Ayrica 22:30 dan sonra animasyonun açikhava discoda devam etmesi ve aşırı ses-gürültü o saatten sonra açık havada kafa dinlemek isteyen müsterilere saygisizlik ve haksızlık ... Son olarak kaldigimiz oda asansör boşluğu ile aynı duvardaydı; asansörün sesinden ve sarsmasindan son derece rahatsizdi; deprem oluyor diye defalarca uyandığimiz oldu... Kısacası yaşadığımız yere yakın olması ve gecen yil memnun kaldıgimiz icin tercih ettigimiz bu otele bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyoruz. Gitmek isteyenler bir kez daha düşünsünler derim.
