Great property. Super close to Taksim square. Beautiful room, clean, airy & full of sunshine. The kitchen amenities are a plus. Washroom is great with all necessary amenities. Book without second thoughts. The way requires a slight climb so keep that in mind.

Okay for the price, but...

I had a one week's stay at Sapphire Suites Taksim during my visit to Istanbul in may 2025. I had a single-room apartment with a cooking stove and a double bed. The apartment was nice and clean with clean sheets and towels. The communication was good just from the beginning before I arrived and until my check-out. There are however a few elements which made me give it the score that i gave it. 1. I got the room on the ground floor and I would sometimes be disturbed by the sound of people opening and closing the door outside and children playing right outside the window. This cannot be avoided, but the sound-isolation could be worked on. 2. Cooking inside the room is not the best idea as the room is very small and the hood turned on is not to enough avoid the smell of food staying in the room for some days. 3. The frying pan is rusty and is not healthy for use. 4. Getting to Taksim requires that you ascend a VERY steep hill which was okay for me but would be very difficult for old people, pregnant women, people using a stroller and people who have bad knees. 5. The bed doesn't have a mattress topper which can cause some serious back pain. Apart from that I cannot think of anything else and I recommend this room for someone who - as myself - spends most of the day outside exploring and only need a room for spending the night there and restituation.

We like the clean, neat, tidy and bright room. We chose a 3 pax room on the 1st floor as it is not convenient for us to lug our luggage to the 3rd floor to our originally reserved room with balcony (no lift). We are happy with our choice, it affords us with bigger room and space to move about. We can’t find any decent Asian food in the neighbourhood though 😊

Worth it

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. It is in an excellent location. I have no complaints. This is nothing against the hotel but if you have knee problems and plan to walk, the hotel location may not be good for you. I would definitely stay here again

I like that it was easy check in and easy communication through WhatsApp. Overall cleaness can be better. It will be better if there's a divider in the patio area between the 2 rooms. There were guests from other rooms came and smoke by my window while they have their own area.

They room was dirty, and there was food left in the fridge. A package of half used butter in the fridge and a clove of a garlic layer together with dirt on the kitchen shelf. Also the toilet was dirty. Felt like someone just left the room and they didn’t have time for cleaning… I hope Expedia will give back my money. I came and checked in in the evening but left, I couldn’t even spend the night

Oda genel olarak temiz ve bakımlıydı. Ancak mutfaktaki eşyalar çok yetersiz ve pisti. Su ısıtıcısının altı yanmıştı bu yüzden kullanamadık. Giriş yaparken de geç giriş yapacağımızı söylememize rağmen geldiğimizde oteli aradık ve ulaşamadk. Esnaflara sorarak otelin farklı bir alanını bukup öyle giriş yapabildik. bu konuda çok yetersizdi otel resmne 1 saat otele giriş yapmayı beklefik. otel personelinebu durumu sorduğumda ise aradıpım kişinin uyuyabilmiş olabileceğini söyledi.

L'appartement bénéficie d'une rénovation récente mais n'est pas bien entretenu. De nombreuses taches sur les portes, l'évacuation de la douche à l'italienne doit être rempli de cheveux ou autre, car à chaque utilisation, l'eau envahit toute la salle de bain. La terrasse est en fait partagée par la chambre mitoyenne et il n'y a aucune séparation. La table de la terrasse est très sale et couverte de fiente d'oiseau. Pas idéal pour un petit-déjeuner ... La notice intérieure indique le changement des draps au bout de trois jours, cela n'est pas fait. En bas de l'immeuble, des Russes disposent d'une table et 6 personnes hurlent non-stop jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Obligé de leur dire de se taire. Dès 7h du matin, le collège accolé à l'immeuble reçoit les élèves. Leur terrasse est à hauteur de celle de l'immeuble et ensuite ils jouent au basket ! Impossible de dormir après 7 heures.

Sıcak su 5-10 dk sonra bitiyor, duş almak için sadece 5-10 dakikanız var. Acele edin çünkü şampuanlı bir şekilde soğuk suyla baş başa kalabilirsiniz. Vücudunuzu da şampuanla temizlemelisiniz çünkü duş jeli yok. Oda soğuk. Klima en yüksek ayarda bile çok az bir sıcak hava üflüyor ve bu asla yetmiyor. Yatak çok rahat değil ve ufak. Temizlikte bir sıkıntı gözlemlemedim. Çıkışta “odayı kontrol etmek” ilk defa karşılaştığımız ve çok kibar olmayan bir tavırdı.

Güzel lokasyon güler yüzlü personel

Öncelikle lokasyondan dolayı tercih ettiğim otelin ihtiyaçlarımı karşılayamayacağımdan endişeliydim fakat gazlasıyla ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladı ve sessiz huurlu bir konaklama oldu benim için 2 sokak ötede müthiş bir kalabalık olmasına rağmen otelin lokasyonu çok sakindi
