The location is what thrilled me the most. Shopping mall very close to the hotel and there are many different shops too. The staff are wonderful and nice. The only downside was the Air conditioner that didn’t work perfectly

Great hotel with fantastic services

Absolutely one of the very best hotels, thank you to Akhmet and the front desk lady. Great service great rooms. I left my phone one day inside the taxi , Akhmet helped me to recover my phone. Rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was top service. I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Istanbul

Great Location

The hotel is in a good location. A lot of public transport is available. The room was cosy and clean. The only one thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit noisy. Even in the late night if someone walks through the common areas you can clearly hear and that somehow disturbs.

First I walked into the room and I was supposed to have a non smoking room and the window was Peña nd the whole room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets did not fit the bed and the sheets looked very dirty. There is no spa, pool, or fitness center which is why I booked the hotel. The staff was okay, not too good but not bad either. They didn’t do anything special. Overall we made it work but I would NEVER stay in this hotel again

I booked my stay from May 26–June 1. In February 2026, I emailed Seyithan Palace Hotel requesting a booking change to May 27 (my actual arrival date), but never received a response or refund for the unused night. Upon arrival, I was given my requested top-floor, non-smoking room, but the TV did not work. I was moved to another room, where there was a strong sewer/mold odor coming from the washroom. Reception did arrange to have this fixed the next day. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. I requested clean towels from staff but never received them. Later, I had to visit reception for towels, toilet paper, garbage service, and room cleaning, only to learn I needed a “Clean My Room” sign, which had not been provided. There was also a building power outage early one morning, and the Wi-Fi was poor throughout my stay, often disconnecting and only working in parts of the room. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the advertised swimming pool, but upon check-in, I was told there was no pool, which was very disappointing. This review reflects my honest experience. While some issues were addressed, the communication, room concerns, unreliable Wi-Fi, and missing amenities made my stay disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not book with Seyithan Palace Hotel again.

Bed Bug Hotel

This hotel ruined my life. Me and my sister got bed bugs and when we told the staff at the hotel about it, we were treated very badly. They were very rude, blamed us for bringing the bed bugs there and thought we should check out and leave. We stayed in room 3011 which turned out to have bed bugs. Would not recommend this hotel if it was free. Never stay here and spend the money on another accommodation instead.

I didn't like the fact that the toilet lid in bathroom would not stay up. I had to hold it up by hand or using my back to hold it up to use toilet. I told them three times to sort it out, they said they would but failed to do anything about it. Didn't even offer us another room. Very poor service.

Allgemein waren die Zimmern in Ordnung. Von der Größe waren sie groß genug. Die Sauberkeit waren auch in Ordnung. Personal ist sehr gut sehr freundlich sehr hilfreich. Umgebung ist sehr schön man kann sich nicht langweilen, Einkaufszentrum und viele andere kleine nützliche Geschäfte von Lebensmittel bis zum Schmuck.
