The hotel was up to my expectation in terms of the location, comfort , safety and being taken care of by the amazing customer service staff Mr. Valat and Mr shafaq are the best. They go above and beyound to assisst the customers.

The location of the hotel was truly excellent. It was very close to everything — restaurants, boutiques, the metro and bus stations — which made getting around super easy. Unfortunately, our experience inside the hotel was not as positive. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, even inside our room. We mentioned this to the reception, but nothing changed — in fact, we even saw hotel staff smoking in the lobby several times. The bathroom was not clean at all and definitely didn’t meet our expectations for hygiene. Also, the walls were very thin and not soundproof. Even though we’re not sensitive to noise, we were constantly woken up at night when guests in the neighboring rooms came back late, talked, or closed their doors loudly. Overall, the location was great, but unfortunately, the service and conditions inside the hotel didn’t live up to what we were hoping for.

Great hotel, good service

Great location, close to everything we needed. Staff were always available and very helpful. We had to ask a couple of times for a kettle and a hairdryer, but eventually we got them and everything else was provided.

Nie wieder… mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel

İch habe die panorama suite gebucht.. es war ein alptraum! Das Zimmer hatte einen offenen zugang zu einem anderen raum mit zwei betten wo auf den betten dreckige Kleidung lag… Das Bett, daß als Queen Bett bezeichnet wurde war ein altes Bett daß bei der kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht hat und die Matratze vielleicht aus dem Müll geholt wurde. Der Boden war dreckig. Vier Übernachtungen, es wurde nicht einmal gereinigt oder ein Wasser im Zimmer gebracht.

İçerisi çok eski ve her şey dökülüyordu. Otelin karşısında bir bar vardı ve çok gürültülüydü. İçerisi çok temiz değildi. Giriş esnasında klimanın nasıl çalışacağı ve wifi şifresi iletilmiyor. Telefon dan tahmini olarak 0 a basıp resepsiyonu şans eseri arayıp wifi şifresi sordum. Klimayı zar zor kendimiz çalıştırdık. İçerisinde kahve makinesi var ama kahve kapsülü yok. Anlayacağınız beyoğlu nda kalacaksınız kalacağınız yer burası olmamalı derim.

-Nothing was good about it. - The staff were rude.. except one - no cleaning services - Bed was very dirty and make noise all the time.. we asked for Solving the problem but they didn't do anything. - The area is very noisy until 4 o'clock in the mornings.. the windows of course are not soundproof - The area is very crowded and the driving option is unlikely - the staff are limited and most of the hospitality services are not provided - It is not preferable place for families - I don't recommend this place at all for anyone - مكان سيء للغايه ولا يعكس التعليقات التي قرئتها عنه سابقا - لا يوجد اي معايير للناظفه ابدا - طاقم غير متعاون ولا يقدم خدمات الاساسيه للعملاء - الاسره قذره والملايات ممزقه وعلاوه على ذلك السرير قديم ويصدر اصوات وعند طلب حل المشكله لا يقوم القائمون على الفندق بأي مبادره - المكان مزعج ويوجد مراقص قربه والازعاج وصوت الاغاني الى الفجر مع العلم لا يوجد نوافذ عازله للصوت في المجمل المنطقه مكتضه وخيار قياده السياره صعب جدا - لا يصلح ابدا للعوائل ولا انصح به لاي احد اذا اراد الراحه - خدمه الواي فاي سيئه للغايه ولا تغطي جميع الغرف
